Bradley Environmental hold UKAS Accreditation under ISO 17020 for conducting Asbestos Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys. All of our surveys are conducted in line with HSE guidance HSG264. Our team will locate and identify asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) and then carry out a full risk assessment. Following this we can supply quality next-step advice and provide a definitive asbestos register. Management and Refurbishment or Demolition asbestos surveys can be carried out in all sectors including pre-demolition, refurbishment, construction, industrial, commercial, educational and domestic premises.

Once ACMs have been identified in your premises, as part of your duty to manage, you are required to re-inspect each item on a regular basis regardless of its condition and location. Working closely with our clients, we can devise appropriate re-inspection programs, undertake the inspections and update your asbestos register accordingly. The development and implementation of an asbestos management plan is essential in controlling asbestos risk and in most cases, the asbestos survey will be the cornerstone of your management plan.
