How To Book
C ALL 0844 879 9128 TO MAKE YOUR BOOKING.
TERMS & CONDITIONS1. All Christmas events (including Christmas, Twixmas and New Year packages) will be treated as provisional and will be held for no more than 14 days pending receipt of written confirmation and a deposit of 50% of the total estimated cost of your booking. This is non-transferable and non-refundable.
2. Balance of any event or accommodation packages must be paid one month prior to the event. For any bookings made after 1st December full pre-payment is required at the time of booking.
3. Cheques should be made payable to Macdonald Compleat Angler. Personal cheques should have the name, address, cheque guarantee card amount plus details of the event you are attending.
4. Contracts will be issued for all Banqueting Suite events and separate terms and conditions apply.
5. Wines must be pre-ordered and pre-paid at least 14 days in advance of the event date for “Join a Parties” and Private Parties.
6. Under 12’s are classified as children and will be charged at 50% of the adult rate.
7. Accommodation rates for private parties and “Join a Parties” are subject to availability.
8. All alterations to a booking must be confirmed in writing.
9. Once final payment is made no refunds or credit vouchers will be given. We will however try to re-sell the places released but give no guarantee that this will be done. No refund will be considered on a booking cancelled less than 14 days before the event.
10. If in the event of any function having to be cancelled by the hotel, an alternative date or venue will be offered or a full refund given.
11. The hotel reserves the right to amalgamate Christmas events to ensure appropriate numbers. We also reserve the right to move the event to a smaller function suite should the numbers dictate.
12. We reserve the right to change or cancel advertised entertainment due to circumstances outside our control.
13. Any additional service or services must be paid for on the night. No credit facilities will be offered without prior agreement.
14. All times shown are subject to approval by the Local Licensing Authority.
15. All details are correct at time of going to press but may be subject to alterations with prior notice. All prices quoted include VAT.
16. Please note that shared party tables may apply to groups of less than 10 guests on the ‘Join a Party’ nights, Black Tie dinner dances and New Year’s Eve in the Regency suite. For exact table arrangements please contact the Christmas Co-ordinator in the Events Office.
17. The management of the hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to the hotel. In addition the hotel reserves the right to charge the organizer, company or individual for any theft of property or damages caused by unreasonable behaviour, including the cost of specialised cleaning if required after the event.
18. Where special requests are made, the hotel will endeavour to accommodate them, however, they cannot be guaranteed.
19. A dress code is applicable at all events.
