Strength : Diversification : Nestle has a wide product portfolio encompassing baby foods &dairy
products , chocolates.
Joint ventures :nestle holds ventures with leading businesses lik ecoca cola which allow it to access their technical knowledge to further develop its own brand.
Influencing consumer decisions : With its innovative &attractive advertising campaigns Nestle is able to influence customer’s buying decisions. Weakness: Negative effects on the brand image. Storage and transportation problems. Complex supply chain management.

Parent support. Strong distribution network.

Raw material supply-volatile price. Chocolates comparatively small business unit.

Established brand name. Widespread distribution network. Wide range product all segment. Superior technology and R&D

WHOM TO ATTACK AND WHOM TO AVOID
Nestle Nestle company is close competitors to Cadbury &
some of there chocolates are strong competitors to Cadbury chocolates. Market share of that company is less then Cadbury. So hare Cadbury company should attack the Nestle company . Suppose it avoid then they only become the strong competitors in future.
ParleG And Amul :Here Cadbury company have to avoid these both
company because the market share of this company ‘s are very less & products are not
popular as Cadbury. Amul is having all most all dairy
products.
