SUCCESS STORY
The Interaction between the College Students and Ripening Chambers/ Cold Storage Owners has proved to be fruitful in terms of job opportunities. The owners of these business establishments are interacting with the colleges for their own placements. We planned to give a formal shape to these arrangements in terms of a placement cell, so that more opportunities are available to the trainees in this sector.
The Trainees also realized that they were good opportunities in the ripening chambers/ Cold chain sector and were very keen to learn about this sector.
It was good to see the enthusiasm of the Women trainees who were excited to learn and look in to the opportunities in this sector.
