To provide continuous competitive intelligence support to
the Strategic and Pipeline Intelligence group of a top
European pharmaceutical company
Our Solution
• Indegene proposed to set up a center of excellence (CoE)
• A dedicated team of 14 FTEs was set up within 8 weeks of
the contract to provide ongoing support to the client to
handle quick turnaround and unplanned requests
• The team comprised pharmaceutical competitive
intelligence (CI), research, and analytics experts
• Key performance indicators, governance structures,
processes, and protocols were established
• The team functioned like an external arm to the group
and catered to different stakeholders
• The team handled all the CI, research, and analytics
requests and had the flexibility to handle overflows
