The Bio-Reigns, Inc. Compensation Plan is an exciting opportunity that rewards you for selling our proprietary products and services as well as for sponsoring other participants who do the same. Although the opportunity is unlimited, individual results of Bioreigns Distributors will vary depending on market conditions, commitment levels and sales skills of the individual. Since the Company has recently launched, it lacks enough statistical data to prepare a more robust and reliable income disclosure.The numbers below reflect estimates prepared by the company pending a more detailed survey to be conducted after its first year. Based on industry standards and company projections, the average annual gross revenue for Distributors is projected to be anywhere between $500 and $2,000. These numbers do not reflect the expenses associated with building a Bio-Reigns, Inc. business, which could exceed the commissions received.

Think of “Jump Start” as the quickest way to start earning commissions. With an industry leading 85% Commissionable Volume Payout, your business will become profi table very quickly. While you are building up the long-term residual income through your Binary Commissions, this jump start allows you the ability to start earning within the fi rst week. This portion of the compensation plan can pay you up to 10 levels deep! You continue to earn as your business builds.

Qualifi cations: Your Jump Start is active from the fi rst day you sign up as a distributor. As long as you are an “Active” Distributor, you will be able to earn Jump Start Commissions. All Distributor orders placed within their fi rst 30 days are eligible for Jump Start commissions.

Pay schedule: Jump Start is calculated on a weekly basis. All orders placed between Monday and Sunday at 11:59pm EST will be paid out the following Tuesday.

Retail Purchases: Retail commissions are paid weekly to all active Reps. For each retail sale, you will earn 50% of the CV as well as the total QV towards rank requirements.

Binary Commissions are going to be what sustains your business over the long term. This is how you will build LONG-TERM residual income. BioReigns has put together the most lucrative Binary pay structure in the industry. By paying out as much as 20% on your weaker leg volume, you are able to take advantage of being paid through an INFINITE amount of levels.

If that wasn’t enough, we’ve managed to make sure you are not missing out on your larger leg’s volume, this is called “roll over” volume. Once your Binary Commissions are paid out, your unused larger leg’s volume will automatically be “rolled over” into your next month’s Binary Leg.

Qualification: In order to be Binary Qualified, Distributors must be “Active” and must have personally enrolled a minimum of 1 Distributor in both your left and right leg. Each leg must also have a minimum of 150 ETQV each. In order for binary and check matching to pay out, you must have a minimum of 300 weak leg volume.

Pay Schedule: Binary Commissions are paid on the first Tuesday of every month. If the first Tuesday falls on the 1st or the 2nd of the month, then it is paid the following Tuesday.*

This truly separates BioReigns from everyone else in the industry. As your team builds their individual Binary Commissions, BioReigns will pay you a Check Matching Bonus. Depending where they fall in your unilevel, you will earn that percentage of everyone’s Binary Commissions up to 10 levels deep!

3. Check MatchingMonthly Payout


BioReigns has decided to offer a monthly profit sharing module, or “pool”. What this means is that EVERY Distributor, regardless of rank, can receive “points” and be paid a monthly bonus based on the number of points they earn.

BioReigns is built upon, and will continue to grow because of it’s distributors. Recognizing this, we want to share in the profits with all of you.

Points are earned every month, and do not carry over to the following month. You earn points on a monthly basis and they reset at the beginning of the following month.

At the end of every month the company sets aside 2% of the total Company Commissionable Volume. They will then divide that by the total number of points earned to determine a point value. There is no limit on the number of points you can earn on a monthly basis!

Example: Company Commissionable Volume (CCV) = 500,000 x 2% = 10,000. 300 points earned by active distributors. 10,000CCV / 300 points = $33/point

Qualification: You must be an “Active” Distributor to earn points. You earn 1 point per every 4 Distributors/Customers who place a minimum of 1 product order. You earn 2 points per Rank Advancement.

Example: You sign up 4 Customers and Rank Advance from Elite 5K to Elite 10K in 1 month earns you 3 total points.

Pay Schedule: Global Pool bonuses are paid on the first Tuesday of every month. If the first Tuesday falls on the 1st or the 2nd of the month, then it is paid the following Tuesday.

Recognition is a key component to everyone’s network marketing success. We understand that and reward you with this Rank Advancement Bonus. Many companies will try and pay you out over a period of time, not BioReigns. We pay your bonus in ONE Lump Sum! You worked hard for your success and we want you to know we recognize you and appreciate your efforts.

Qualification: You must be an “Active” Distributor per your Rank Qualifications. You must maintain your organic rank for 3 consecutive months.

Pay Schedule: The 2nd Tuesday of the following month after you’ve held rank is when you’ll receive this bonus.

Example: Elite 5K rank earned in January. Elite 5K rank is maintained as well as your Active status as a Distributor in February and March. You earned your $500 bonus that will be paid out on the 2nd Thursday April.

*Rank Incentive Bonuses are cumulative. Meaning if you advance multiple ranks in a single month, they all add up and will be paid in the corresponding month based on the “Pay Schedule” above.

6. Advancement BonusOne Time Payout


BioReigns understands that as your business increases in size, you will most likely incur business costs/expenses. We created a monthly bonus plan to help offset those costs. And if you don’t have those costs... Spend the money as you see fi t, you deserve it!

Qualifi cation: You must be an “Active” Distributor per your Rank Qualifi cations. You must maintain your rank for 4 consecutive months.

Pay Schedule: The 2nd Thursday of the following month after you’ve held rank is when you’ll receive this bonus.

Example: Elite 25K rank earned in January. Elite 25K rank is maintained as well as your Active status as a Distributor in February, March and April. You’ve now earned your $500 MONTHLY bonus that will be paid out on the 2nd Tuesday of May and every month following as long as you are “Active” and maintain your 25K Rank. Unlike the Rank Advancement Bonus this is a monthly recurring bonus.

Retail Customers – A person who orders directly from your website that is not a Distributor and pays retail prices.

Preferred Customers – A person who pays the $50 Distributor Fee to get discounts off the retail price.

Roll Over – Roll Over refers to the Binary portion of the compensation plan. Once you are Binary Qualified and receive your percentage of the lesser leg, the difference of CV between the lesser and larger leg is considered “Roll Over”. Example: 500CV in Right Leg and 1000CV in your Left Leg. The difference of 500CV is “Rolled Over” to the following month and stays in the Left Leg.

Distributors – A Distributor has paid their Distributor Fee as well as has picked an initial “Enrollment Package” to get started in the business and is eligible to receive commissions for that calendar month.

Commissionable Volume (CV) –

Commissionable Volume refers to the

difference between Retail Price on items and

packages and an actual “volume” calculation.

All items and packages have an assigned CV

attached to it. This CV is what commissions are

paid on as well as rank calculation. The CV is

calculated within a calendar month.

Qualifying Volume (QV) – Qualifying Volume

refers to the volume you need to achieve,

qualify and hold ranks/positions within this

compensation Plan

Personal Qualifying Volume (PQV) – This

is the monthly volume you personally need in

order to stay Rank Qualified.

Enrollment Tree Commissionable Volume (ETCV) - Your total tree commissionable volume

that counts towards your advancements.

Active – An Active Distributor refers to

meeting minimum requirements to receive

commissions. These requirements differ based

on Rank. See “Rank Requirements” page 13

Personally Enrolled – These are your personally “Active” distributors. To qualify as a “Personally Enrolled” distributor they must each generate a minimum of 35 or 85 (depending on their rank) PQV each.

TermsAnd Definitions Auto Ship – This is your monthly PQV order

that you automatically set up for shipment in your back office. This is a Rank Requirement.

Leg Rule – The Leg Rule refers to the total Commissionable Volume (CV) generated in your enrollment tree that cannot exceed 50% from any one leg. For example: When achieving a rank of Elite 5K, no more than one of your enrollment legs cannot be more than 2500CV.
