are given three (3) FREE Tracking Centers (TC)

arranged in a 3-Header configuration.

Note: Each TC remains unqualified until you complete the next stage (Qualify)

• You must qualify at least one of your TCs by generating a

minimum Qualifying Volume of one (1) QUV per TC by either:

- Making a Personal Purchase.

- Selling a product to a Retail Customer; OR


Qualifying Unit Volume (QUV)

• Refers to the point value of a product that counts

towards qualification requirements of a TC.

ACTIVATION GUIDELINES

• Combination of QUV from Personal Sponsorship and QUV

earned from a Retail Customer or Personal Purchase

CANNOT activate your Independent Representativeship.

• Upon activation, all volume will be counted retroactively

from the date of qualification of each TC.

Here are the

Four ways to earn


1) RETAIL PROFIT

▫ You are entitled to earn a Retail Profit from the purchases of

your directly referred Retail Customers. Retail Profit is the

difference between the Retail Price and the IR Discounted Price

of a product.

- A retail customer is someone who purchases a product but does

not register as an IR. S/he is not eligible for any commission.

- An IR does not have to be qualified to earn Retail Profit.


2) FIRST PURCHASE RETAIL PROFIT

• All new IRs’ first purchase is at Retail Price. The

referrer gets the Retail Profit from this initial purchase.

Note:

- The referrer does not have to be qualified to earn First Purchase

Retail Profit.

- If the new IRs’ first purchase consists of multiple products, all products

will be charged at Retail Price.


3) QUICK START COMMISSION

• A Quick Start Commission (QSC) of USD50 is paid upon

activation within four (4) weeks of registration date.

Note:

– QSC does not apply to Self-Activation

– The QSC of USD 50 is actually an advance from your first Step

Commission. This results in a Step Commission of USD200

once you achieve your first pair of three (3) CUVs.

4) STEP COMMISSION

• Once you are activated you must accumulate at least

three (3) CUVs on each side of your TC to earn one (1)

step equivalent to USD 250.

Note: Step Commission is calculated and paid out weekly.


Commissionable Unit Volume (CUV)

• Refers to the point value of a product that is used

to calculate the Step Commission.

earning one (1) step equivalent to USD250.
