Compassion without Borders brings brighter futures to animals in need on both sides of the border. We focus our efforts where the need is the greatest, but where animals are the very least likely to be helped due to financial, geographic, and cultural barriers.

Victims of Circumstance?The areas that CWOB serves through our veterinary wellness and rescue efforts are those areas with the highest rates of poverty and the least resources for animals in need.
These animals truly are the victims of cir-cumstance. Because of where they were born and the socioeconomic and geogra-phic limitations that bind them, they often wouldn’t stand a chance without the lifesaving programs we provide to ensure that No Animal is Left Behind.
