MISSION STATEMENT

Service Hub Pty Ltd has been providing sub-contracting cleaning and trolley collection throughout Australia since 2014. Our

demand of expertise has enabled established contracts to take place in New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Canberra,

Tasmania and Queensland.

We hold our core values of quality, professionalism and customer focus. We were established to provide high quality cleaning

services to the corporate and residential sector. We take attention to detail to an entirely new level, applying it not only to our

cleaning, but also our client service. We carry out our service in accordance with our core values and pride ourselves on this.

We specialize in commercial and office cleaning, trolley collection, carpet cleaning and also provide domestic cleaning. Our highly

trained and reliable equipment use the most advanced equipment with an emphasis on using environmentally friendly cleaning

products and we also provide cleaning services from small offices to multistory residential and commercial buildings. Our expertise,

experience and resources enables us to provide a responsive quality service that suits your needs and budget.

Service Hub is a privately owned, medium-sized cleaning, security and maintenance specialist service provider to the

commercial office, retail, education and industrial sectors. Service Hub is proud to provide service to some of the largest

and most prestigious commercial and retail buildings within Australia. The company operates successfully in NSW, the ACT,

QLD, VIC and SA and prides itself on providing consistently high levels of service and attentive client contact. Specifically

mentioning NSW, we service businesses across Sydney and its metropolitan areas, areas in greater Sydney such as Illawarra,

The founders of Service Hub have each worked in their areas of responsibility for over 30 years. He began his career

high standard. Above all, Service Hub as a company understands the importance of providing a clean, safe and secure

Our extensive range of Janitorial Cleaning Services includes General Cleaning,

Window Washing, Carpet Cleaning, Stripping and Waxing Floors, Garbage

Removals and Power Washing. We also provide Trolley Collection services and

are leading sub-contractors to many large trolley collection contractors.

Commercial Work Our capabilities in the commercial sector are as sought-after as our

Staff Training and Competence

We conduct stringent checks of our staff and contractors competence to ensure they provide exceptional work. Where

necessary, our management work closely with service providers to identify and develop additional skills, as well as brief them

on safety and workplace practice issues.

Security

We conduct full security screening of all staff and contractors. Our staff receive full training by a licensed security agent and

are briefed on the security procedures for every job site. All of Service Hub Contractors staff and contractors can be easily

identified by their uniform and identity card.

Equipment

All equipment used by Service Hub Contracting and our contractors is in good working order and well maintained for efficiency

and safety.

We utilise non-hazardous chemicals where required and ensure that all chemicals and other potential toxic materials are

accompanied by the relevant data and safety information and procedures.

Quality Management Program

Our management team has a comprehensive understanding of the quality processes, and expectations of our clients. They

perform routine site inspections to ensure the criteria of this policy are being implemented and met.
