With a diverse set of accomplishments, Lord Neil B. Gibson is currently the acting Chairman of a group of financial companies, which consist of a diverse conglomerate of domes-

tic and international business. On a daily basis, Mr. Gibson is required to manage all aspects of business matters; ranging from high- level negotiations, and international business relations with

the goal of creating alliance partnerships.Lord Neil B. Gibson became a Diplomat and worked with foreign governments, in the late 90’s, and

worked with financial institutions around the world, allowing him the freedom and ability to open new relationships globally.

He became an international leader of Humanitarian efforts, which became a true passion for Gibson. He quickly discovered that the many facets of the banking and the financial industry; contain the com-

ponents needed to offer financial solutions for underdeveloped communities in many nations. Such underdeveloped nations are often overlooked by the majority of the “financial giants”.

Mr Faisal ALQahtani

He completed his university education and was a member of more than a public body and has a private association.

He is a Chairman of several companies in diverse areas of the field of free trade and contracting and industrial, electrical, medical and logistical support to many of the biggest firm in the region. Mr.Faisal is

Mr Salaheddine Abbassi

Mr. Abbassi is SFBBL’s attorney, of Moroccan dissent, and holds a doctorate in International Law from Pantheon Paris University (2000). Mr. Abbassi specializes in contract law

and dispute resolution.Mr. Abbassi is well decorated such as being a member of the Nantes Board (2009-13) acting as attor-

ney in European Court of justice for the French State, he is a member of the ‘Board of Trustees’ for the Academy of European Law, Trier, and holds numerous distinctions for doctoral dissertations.

Mr Robert C West

Mr. West attended the Royal Military College and after leaving the Australian Army, he has held senior managerial positions that helped him form the extensive background in the core focuses

of SFBBL. They include but are not limited to real estate, property development, infrastructure development, funds and asset management, and

company management. Mr. West has in the past, held board positions in both private and public companies both in Australia and Singapore, and holds

numerous licenses in the financial arena.

Maurizio T Adriano

Mr Adriano is an entrepreneur with over 20 years experience at senior corporate level and current-ly holds the post of Project Director. His previous posts include that of MD, and CEO. His experi-

ence ranges from the oil & gas, to the financial, philanthropic, and humanitarian markets.Mr Adriano currently handles all project preparation, evaluating environmental and local infrastruc-

ture, as well as, the contracting of consulting services, mergers and acquisitions, and negotiations.

Mr Adil Tufail

Mr Tufail is the Real Estate Investment Director. Mr Tufail has headed the contracts department at Dubai Civil Aviation. Mr. Tufail also manages a Property Facilities Management company, branded

under the name of FIX “R” US. He has established himself as an astute Property Specialist and earned respect amongst the fraternity. His clients have lauded his ability to identify befitting projects

thereby delivering high returns on their investment.

As an effective strategy consultant, Mr.Tufail works with GIG clients to assess the current status of the real estate market and determine the right time to move forward in regards to their property projects as

acquiring a competitor, including restructuring the corporate organization, launching a new product line, or engaging in a major new investment campaign.

Mr Adil worked 12 years in the Hyatt Group,working in senior management capacities. This has added great value to consultancies where he has been an advisor to various multi-use projects in Dubai.

Mr Moukhtar Fakhouri

Mr.Moukhtar currently provides administrative and corporate direction for SFBBL International finance. He possesses extensive international business experience, including management roles

within previous multinationals and local establishments.

Mr.Moukhtar graduated from the American University of Science and Technology in Beirut – Lebanon holding a BS in Business Management and Minor in Business Administration
