We are currently registered with the CIDB (Construction Independent Development Board) and recognize as 1CE PE, 1EB PE, 1SO PE, 1EP, PE, 1SQ PE, 1GB PE for civil engineering and building constructions.

In the past, we created the strong relationship with the financial institution, which led us having a good financial record with the financial institution. We are in the position to secure a construction guarantee to the tune of not less than 10% of the construction value.

10. BEE requirement

MwX Holdings (Pty) Ltd strongly believes in the government system to recognize the previously disadvantage individual. MwX Holdings (Pty) Ltd is 100% owned and managed by young black individual. We currently have policy in place to transform the gender equality in the coming 1 year which will include among other, woman and disability.

MwX Holdings (Pty) Ltd is currently rated as Level 3 contributor of the BBBEE codes. This is due to change next year from level 3 to level 1 after announcement of the changes in BBBEE codes which was announced by the minister during a month of August that recognize black owned entity into level 1 of BBBEE.
