Who we are

ZIPFLUID has been founded in 2013 by a

group of friends, with proven track

records in different industrial fields; their

strategic objective was to create a

dynamic company, capable of innovating

products and processes and generating

tangible value for the customers all

around the world.

Worldwide, we have measured and transferred

a wide variety of fluids such as fuels, acids and

bases, bitumen, paints, inks, distillates, oil,

wine, milk, juices and water.


OUR PRODUCTS

Our PED and ATEX-certified Loading Arms

range from manual 3’’ for Truck operations to

hydraulically actioned 16’’ for Marine

operations.

Our MID-certified metering skids can

be equipped with volumetric or massic

flowmeters, depending on the operating

and environmental conditions.


Our global fleet counts more than 500

systems, ranging from simple volumetric

pump groups to fully automated metering

and loading systems.

Innovation

Our Cryogenic Loading Arm for LNG -

Liquified Natural Gas - takes advantage of

our state-of-the-art low temperature

welding and sealing technologies

specifically developed for such application.

Our special arms for Chemical Industries,

made of PTFE-lined piping and swivel

joints, plus Titanium Drop Pipe and

electrical actuators remotely controlled,

ensure the safest operations even with the

most aggressive and toxic products.

Our patented AutoLoad® system is capable

of automatically detecting the manhole and

position itself without human intervention.

This one-of-a-kind system improves

dramatically safety and efficiency of the

entire loading operation.


Project Management

For every project, regardless of its size and

complexity, we adopt a formal Stage-Gate

Project Management Model, to ensure that

our commitments on time and quality are kept

with no exceptions.


Risk Management

Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)

is an essential part of our design process; it

is performed in accordance with ISO 27001

and IEC 61508, therefore the results can be

easily incorporated by the Customer HSE

Department into their standard Risk

Management System.

Mechanical Design

Our state-of-the-art CAD system allow us to easily

adapt the design to fulfil the most demanding

customer requirements:

- 3D dynamic simulations simplify dramatically

the analysis of all possible interferences of our

loading arms with other objects in the working

area

- Finite Elements Modelling (FEM) allows us to

perform complex structural analyses and ensure

a superior reliability of our systems during their

entire life cycle.


Manufacturing


Compliance Tests

Our workshop is equipped with fully automated

and semi-automated Test Benches for

performance control and burn-in procedures of

critical components such as pumps, valves and

swivel joints.

Automated stations allow for comprehensive

Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), covering all

aspects of the intended use of our systems: safety

first, then robustness, performances and usability.


Material Management

Positive Material Identification (PMI) is

part of our standard quality procedures and

is conducted at various stages throughout

the manufacturing process, to guarantee

material's elemental composition as required

for safety compliance and quality control.


Delivery

Different packaging standards can be chosen by the

Customer, depending on environmental conditions:

we can ensure long term storage - up to 48

months - against all the most adverse

environments such as rain, dust, moisture and salt

air.

In case of export, our internal Bonded Warehouse

allows for expediting all customs procedures and

therefore the delivery of goods to their final

destination.

Team are available to meet all possible

customer needs globally.

They have all necessary certification and

experience to perform:

- Site installation supervision

- Preventive and Corrective Maintenance
