Vortex Hydra Group's headquarter is located in the

industrial district of Emilia-Romagna, in the area of

Bologna - Northern Italy.

This industrial district is renowned in the world for important

brands in the sectors of automotive, food and beverage

production, packaging machinery.. an area where industries are

worthily settled since beginning of the industrial era.

The Vortex Hydra Group consists of a group of international companies

with operations located in Italy, Australia, Brazil, China and theUnited Kingdom.

BRIEF HISTORY

1967

The company is now renown for its strong international orientation which over

the years has proved to be an incubator for other businesses to be formed in

Ferrara by persons who have had a past association with Vortex Hydra.

Yesterday the meeting of a small

team of young entrepreneurs...

Despite developing a variety of experiences in many different industrial sectors

Vortex Hydra become international design specialists of concrete roof tile

manufacturing production plants and hydraulic engineering where they

develop equipment for water control systems including mechanical

structure dams, rivers and waterways etc.

The VH Group was founded in 1967 thanks to the initiative of a group of

engineers that decided to enter business to address the growing

market of industrial automation.

Today the Vortex Group are major players in both residential construction

and renewable energy industries.

• For residential construction Vortex Hydra are international manufacturersand suppliers of high velocity fully automated concrete roof tile production

plants and other associated concrete products manufacturing systems.

It has also recently developed a new patented’ technology for stone clad-

ding manufacture using automated wet cast techniques.

• In the field of renewable energy Vortex Hydra designs and manufacturerslarge heavy duty valves and related equipment to control water flows in

dam construction, river flows etc.

In the year 2012 Vortex Hydra srl acquired the full ownership of the competitor

company trading as Globe Machines Pty Ltd.

Globe have a prestigious history in the field of automatic machines for the production

of concrete roof tiles for the Australian, USA and South East Asia markets.

By agreement Vortex Hydra guarentees continuity of local support to Globe’s existing

customer base through ‘Arrow - MPS’ .
