OUR MODEL
We believe that in order to Successfully Empower Employee there are four fundamental elements required that support each other; Motivation, Competency, Accountability and Authority Motivation The key to a successful empowerment is when an individual feel motivated to be empowered. When this is achieved, they will proactively obtain information and even upgrade themself to ensure empowerment. Competency After employee acquire the Motivation they need, next step is to provide them with the necessary competency. Competency building will of course require combination of proper knowledge and real practice to make a real impact. We also believe that context to real life situation will help to obtain necessary skill and experience. Accountability Fueled with Motivation and energized with Competency, now It is time for employees to start their empowerment journey with clear transparency and accountability. They are now responsible for their every actions, and we have provide them with all necessary tools to get to the goal. Authority Motivation, Competence and Accountability will not be optimized when individuals are not given the opportunity to apply the knowledge, skills and values they have acquired.
