SUMMARY

Otukei Christopher attended training in urban and regional planning (URP) and a bachelor’s

degree course from Makerere University Kampala.

Christopher has on hand experience in publicity, mobilization and organizing associations such

as Teso student Development Association (TESDA) and was a student representative in the

urban planning class. I have experience in data collection, research and report writing: I am
