ABOUT AVELING
Our reputation for providing professional and practical workforce development and training has seen us grow to become one of the largest and most respected private Registered Training Organisations in Western Australia.
Since our establishment in 1997, thousands of participants from hundreds of organisations have come through our doors. Our uncompromising commitment to full service and support means that we are the first choice, and often the only choice, for companies that want to create a safe and productive workforce. Organisations that have entrusted us with their workforce development include Rio Tinto Iron Ore, Woodside, BHP Billiton and Bechtel.
In addition to our face to face training, we have established a creative and mature eLearning capability over the past ten years. Based in Perth, our team has developed over 100 publicly available online training courses, providing flexibility for participants to complete programs in their own time and at their chosen location.
We are committed to innovation and quality, and are one of the few Registered Training Organisations to have obtained ISO 9001:2015 certification for our quality management systems.

Workplace Health and Safety Leadership and Management Safety Leadership Professional Development Project Management Training and Assessment Workplace Mental Health eLearningWe have developed and delivered a number of leading edge courses that are available to the general public, as well as inductions and courses to organisations such as Horizon Power, Toll Group, Western Australian Disabilities Services Commission, Department of Education Western Australia, Department of Health Western Australia, Department of Education Queensland, Morris Corp, Honeywell, Buru Energy, Roy Hill, OZ Minerals, Holcim and CSIRO.
Customised Training and eLearningWe work with clients to create customised face to face and eLearning solutions that are tailored to their needs. We also develop blended training solutions that combine the cost-effectiveness of eLearning with the benefits of face-to-face training.
Safety ConsultingEffective safety and health management is fundamental to the success of any organisation. Our team assists with practical and effective solutions including safety training, employee development, site safety consultations and Safety and Health program development. We conduct safety audits, develop operational manuals and design, develop and present workplace inductions.
Mental Health ConsultingOur experienced mental health consultants work with businesses to understand their needs and develop a tailored strategy to embed mentally healthy practices across the workforce.

OUR FACILITIES
We are based in Western Australia, with training facilities conveniently located in Jandakot and Karratha. We regularly provide courses at other locations and have the flexibility to scale up our training capacity to conduct courses across Australia or worldwide.
Perth MetropolitanAVELING’s head office is located at our state of the art training facility in Jandakot. We have 15 training rooms, an onsite café, plenty of free parking and additional services on offer, including room hire.
KarrathaOur locally based trainers operate out of our Karratha facility, offering many of our popular training programs and in-company courses.
