PROCESS MACHINERY COMPANY, INC. (PMCI)

ORGANIZATION

PMCI was incorporated with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in the middle of

March 2002 by all the incumbent employees (seven individuals) of Metso Minerals Philippines, Inc.

On May 2, 2002, operations of PMCI as sole agent in the Philippines of Metso Minerals commenced.

At present, the key members of the staff of PMCI are:

Odoacer R. Montemayor, President

Ulysses H. Arreza, Sales - Mining

Armando N. Casiano, Sales - Construction

Marito P. Ibasco, Controller

The above are supported by administrative, technical and sales personnel.

As the agent of Metso, PMCI is responsible for the following within the Philippines:

SALES OF MACHINE UNITS AND SYSTEMS to the construction and mining industries.

AFTER SALES SERVICE (wear and spare parts, preventive maintenance and training,

maintenance and repair, total maintenance contracts)

STEEL FABRICATION – dump hoppers, steel chassis with axle, conveyors (product and load-

out conveyors), belt feeders, apron feeders and vibrating screens, steel supports structures and

chutes works, drive guards and railings/walkways.
