We are located in Ras Al Khaimah and as the company is engaged

successfully into contracting business, we decided to have a branch in

Abu Dhabi. We have been licensed in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah for

AIMS General Contracting Company’s experience in site evaluation

Through built-in monitoring and implementation procedures, AIMS

General Contracting Company is committed to delivering a quality

construction project and final product. The procedures begin during

the pre-construction phase with in-house plan reviews, budgeting

and value engineering services, and subcontractor selection. After

construction has commenced, quality is achieved through a series

of pre-construction conferences for coordinating the various phases

of work, monitoring shop drawings and submittals for adherence to

plans and specifications, maintaining a clean and safe project site,

and employing qualified and competent field supervision. The

Quality Control procedures mesh together through a concentrated

effort of teamwork involving AIMS General Contracting Company

Estimators, Project Managers, Safety Director and Field Staff to

deliver the Client a successful project.

The QA/ QC systems are implemented on all projects. The Quality

System incorporates the role and responsibility of all personnel in

the company. It begins with the review of tenders, contracts, design,

and procurement and continues right through to process and

document control, inspection, testing and training.

The ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System manual and

procedure for AGCC is in place and certification of the company is

done by TUV Middle East.
