➢ A composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibres. The fibres areusually glass, carbon, aramid, or basalt. Rarely, other fibres such as paper or wood orasbestos have been used. The polymeris usually an epoxy, vinylester or polyesterthermosetting plastic and phenol formaldehyde resins.

➢ It is a strong lightweight material, it is less brittle, and its raw materials are much cheaper. Itsbulk strength and weight are also better than many metals, and it can be more readilymolded into complex shapes. Easy fitting installation at site will also reduces labor costs andfabrication time at sites.

➢ The pipeline systems are made from glass fibers, which are impregnated with an aromatic-or cyclo-aliphatic amine cured epoxy resin. This thermoset resin system offers superiorcorrosion resistance together with excellent mechanical, physical and thermal properties.The glass fiber reinforced epoxy pipeline is resistant to the corrosive effects of mixtures witha low concentration of acids, neutral or nearly neutral salts, solvents and causticsubstances, both under internal and external pressure.

➢ Suitable and of much use in power plant piping, down hole tubing and casing, plantprocess piping, oil and gas flow lines, potable water distribution schemes, offshore platformapplications and lot more.

➢ Used for its high mechanical strength, light weight, corrosion and temperature resistantproperties, thermal insulation, smooth internal surface, easy to form complex shapes, easeof repair and its cost effectiveness. Basically, GRP consists of thermosetting resins and glassfibre.

➢ Making a thermosetting product involves a chemical reaction in which molecules areformed and warmth is released. Once the new network of molecules exists, it creates itsfinal shape. This network of molecules ensures fire resistance when the material is heated.Thermosetting materials are polyester, epoxy and polyurethane resins.

VINYLESTER - CHEMICAL RESISTANT

•Specifically engineered to provide premium chemical resistance in highly corrosiveenvironments. It utilizes an advanced resin system which delivers outstanding resistance to awide range of harsh corrosive environments ranging from acidic to caustic, plus a high degreeof solvent resistance.

ISOPHATALIC – GENERAL APPLICATION

•Designed to meet corrosive conditions for sewerage, construction, offshore and most of theindustrial applications. It Is excellent for weathering resistance and moderate resistance tocaustic & solvent environments.

ISO | VE FR – FIRE RETARDANT

•GFR has all the characteristics of ISO or VE, and offers superior fire retardant. It is low smokeand halogen free during combustion and designed for application where fire retardancy isrequired.

PHENOLIC– FIRE RESISTANT

•Has superior fire and high temperature resistance properties. After the Phenolic resin fullycured, the high strength of the chemical bonds formed gives grating an exceptional level offire performance and resistance to ignition & high temperatures.

➢ Shot Blasting is a cost effective and environmentally friendly method for preparing concrete,

steel and asphalt surfaces. Shot blasting is a method used on steel or concrete surfaces,

which prepares the surface for the application of a coating, paint or sealer and resurfacing

or removing contaminants. In order for a new coating or overlay to bond effectively, the

surface must be clean, dry and profiled.

➢ This labor and time-saving process strips, cleans and profiles simultaneously. Shot blasting

leaves the surface immediately ready for the application of coatings or overlays,

eliminating drying time and costly disposal procedures associated with other surface

preparation methods. Shot blasting produces high bonding character compared to

conventional methods.

➢ Biogas is made in a biogas digester. We call it a digester because it is a large tank filled withbacteria that eats (or digests) organic waste and gives a flammable gas, called biogas. Thebacteria in the Gesi550 biogas digester need to be cared for like you would care for ananimal. If the bacteria have too much or too little food they get sick. You must feed thebacteria every day with a mixture of food waste and water. In addition to biogas, the Gesisystems make wastewater that is rich in nutrients. This water may be poured over your plantsto help them grow.

➢ Biogas systems make use of a relatively simple, well-known, and mature technology. Themain part of a biogas system is a large tank, or digester. Inside this tank, bacteria convertorganic waste into methane gas through the process of anaerobic digestion. Each day, theoperator of a biogas system feeds the the digester with household by-products such asmarket waste, kitchen waste, and manure from livestock. The methane gas produced insidebiogas system may be used for cooking, lighting, and other energy needs. Waste that hasbeen fully digested exits the biogas system in the form of organic fertiliser.
