BRIEF INTRODUCTION

Rudalf Building Maintenance LLC is a Civil Construction Building Maintenance

Companies established in Sharjah.

Rudalf Building Maintenance provides a full range of building services including

construction and maintenance. Qualified and well trained personnel provide these

services with an unwavering focus on safety.

This company was established in 2005 and since then we done an enormous amount

of work in Sharjah.

Rudalf Building Maintenance is supported by a consolidated team of speicalized

dedicated engineers and a committed management with a substantial experience in

this country, in various aspects of engineering, procurement and construction.

We have qualified and fully trained technicians wit hands on experience in the local

construction industry, MEP services in particular.

As the name suggests, it is not solely dedicated to maintenance but we are well suited

to undertake projects of refurbishment, alteration and extension works. We

undertake all planned maintenance and emergency repair work to Civic Buildings

under a Term Maintenance Contract. We offer an efficient and cost effective way to

meet your construction and maintenance needs. Our workers are well skilled and

managed to complete all types of tasks.

We offer a multi-discipline service utilizing our extensive experience, working to all

forms of contract to public and private sector clients in the following activities:

1. All types of masonry work including block-work, plastering and concreting.


2. Construction of re-enforced concrete foundations for street light poles, pillars,

transformer and switch gear foundations.

3. Construction of 6.6 K.V.A. electrical sub-station for SEWA.

4. Laying of 6” and 4” P.V.C ducts for electrical cables from pole to pole for street

lights with 6mm to 8mm rope for pulling the cables.

5. Construction of R.C.C/ Solid blocks man holes/ Chambers with heavy duty

covers where-ever required while laying these P.V.C ducts.

6. Roofing and sheet metal works.

7. Water proofing works.

8. Miscellaneous building repairs.

9. Laying of interlocking tiles after repairing of sub-base.

10. Interior and exterior painting works.

Design, Supply, installation testing and commissioning of street lighting works,

Tunnel and Bridge lighting. Design, supply, installation, testing and

commissioning of entire lighting systems including feeder pillars/panels.

Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of HV/LV cable

distribution networks and jointing. Design, supply, installation, testing and

commissioning of landscape decorative lighting systems.

Turnkey MEP Projects
