materials need to be purchased.

Update Assets is used to update asset details of assets already entered into the system. Details such as Location, Serial #, Part #, Description, etc can be updated in this view. This view has two grids: the one of the left is the total asset pool and the one on the right is used to edit the details of an asset selected from the left.

Move Asset to Rack / Shelf is used to record the shelf location of each and every asset on the premise. New shelf numbers can also be updated in this view. The following image illustrates the sortable grid that displays all the shelf information associated with assets

Scanning Asset Tag is used to scan and update the asset tags associated with each serial number for an asset. New asset tags can be updated by selecting the existing serial number and entering the new asset tag to be associated with that serial number. The grid displays both the Old Asset Tag and New Asset Tag

Scanning Sub-Assets records all sub-assets associated with an asset. This can

include smaller components within a single asset. These are assigned individual

serial numbers and part numbers, scanned individually and then associated with

the Main Asset SN# of the main asset listed under the previous view.

Using Assetone’s reporting feature a customer can precisely locate

each and every project asset, and can also tell how many assets are at

any specific location at a one given time

The Location tab lists all assets by location in a sortable

grid that can also be filtered based on location

keywords Asset value and depreciation

Summary

Vendor 1 was not tailored or understands the Telecoms needs and processes. Large corporation and very expensive

Nexsysone is perfectly matched for Telecom Project management services. Covers all aspects and is extremely user friendly. Strong, good references & cheap

Vendor 3 Cheaper costs but lacks many features to support a Telecom service company

Vendor 4 Very difficult to use and complicated, users struggle to understand the administration tools and the system was very expensive

Vendor 5 Good project reporting and milestone management but lacks many other features needed

Vendor 6 Not entirely customised to understand Telecoms processes. Very generic, desk top based doesn’t meet the Telecoms needs

Vendor 7 Features seem copied as static views and are not functional. Very weak in map visualization and mobility

Customer feedback

Nexsysone usage

IMPLEMENTED ACROSS 21 COUNTRIES

Luc Marceau

Regional VP Americas - Lemcon Networks

‘’’Nexsysone aligned our rollout and network

services division across the USA for various

projects with T-Mobile and AT&T. It truly

optimized and improved the way we ran our

operations from a delivery and cost

perspective. It’s the best project Management

tool in the world and we’ve used most ’’’

DAVE MAJESKE Head of NI Indonesia – Nokia

Nexsysone was instrumental to deploy successful

projects across Indonesia. It provided us visibility and

control over our GSM and UMTS deployments that

ultimately got us back on track with customer

satisfaction . Nexsysone is the best tool out there!!

LORCAN HARNEY CEO UNITED TELECOM

United Telecom has a commitment to deliver

advanced, professional services across Asia. When

using Nexsysone, we achieve the service excellence

that is required to deliver complex projects in

challenging conditions. Currently, we use the

Nexsysone modules to support services such as

asset management, warehousing, repair services,

spare parts management, intelligent remote site

management and monitoring, project deployment

tracking and reporting. We are extremely happy with

Nexsysone and the support we get from the team.

KEN HANSON – COO TIGO AND PREVIOUSLY SBA MANAGER 3GIS

When I was working as SBM (Service Business Manager) for Nokia Siemens Networks in 2010, I was awarded an 800

sites swap project for 3GIS. We started the negotiations with several companies and we ended up closing the

negotiations with Nexsysone. The negotiations were handled very professionally. I had the pleasure of closing the large

swap project in Sweden in 2010. We swapped 800 sites on schedule for the 3GIS network. The project was a complete

success. Nexsysone management, technical skills and delivery software were great. This project was coordinated and

handled very professionally. It was the best delivery that we had in eight years of working with 3GIS. All the swapped

equipment was returned perfectly and in a good state. My main comment is that it was great dealing with Nexsysone

and I would be happy to do it again

Erik Gomez

National NI Manager – Nokia

ProjectOne has proven to be an exceptional

tool within my group. It has brought efficiency

and speed to, what was before, a painful task

for our engineers and management team.

PAUL CARPENTER - LIKUSASA REGIONAL DIRECTOR

Lemcon Likusasa Africa (LLA) has been using Nexsysone, and its predecessor LNT (branded as “ENT – Econet Network Tracker”), for its

network deployment and optimisation services in Zimbabwe since 2009. The tool helps LLA to seamlessly track and report progress and

problems during the site construction phase, as well as all subsequent passive and active system upgrades. Over time, Nexsysone has

become increasingly valuable; the build-up of historical data for each and every site provides LLA with a data platform to continually improve

the efficiency and quality of the service for subsequently implemented work packages. Nexsysone has enabled LLA to become a market

leader from a quality and a commercial perspective, that other service providers in Zimbabwe are unable to match

Ricky Steyn, MBA, PMP®

Roll-Out Director for Digicel Myanmar Tower

Company (MTC)

‘’I really am a big fan of this tool, I have worked many

years in this industry and this is by far one of the best

tools out there''

WARREN FLETCHER Co founder – Calibre

We selected Nexsysone to Manage our HSE services

across the Middle east due to it’s unparalleled

diversity and the way it captures every process when

it comes to Telecoms.
