Company Profile 2011

is the brand name of a vibrant

business project in the area of travelling agency,

business consultancy and services. Formally

established in the year 1998, the brand is growing

into a specialist in these industries. Based in Kuala

Lumpur, the Company operates a business network

distributed throughout Peninsular Malaysia.

The business of Harmony Excellence specializes in a

range of selected products and models. One may

trust that our travelling arrangements, business

productivity packages, or services offered are highly

efficient and competitive, as they have gone through

careful assortment and design.

Apart from our commercial enterprise, Harmony

Excellence has also pioneered in several social and non

-profit activities locally and regionally. It is in the

essence of our belief that prosperity of our Business

must be shared by all.

Our Business is aligned and inspired in the light of

four guiding principles: commitment, competence,

quality and full accomplishment. That is in brief what

our name, Harmony Excellence, stands for.

Both the companies share common Founder,

Ownership structure and business location. Equity

structure of the companies is 100% Bumiputera.

The Organization is governed by a Board of 2

directors who prepare Business plans and oversee

their execution. Highest executive authority is

represented in the person of the Company’s CEO,

who implements the Business plan with assistance of

a team of capable managers.

Current number of the Company’s full-time employees

and consultants is 10. The marketing activity is

centralized and strongly supported by a network

comprising 90 territorially distributed agents.

The Business location of the Company consists of two

office lots in an attractive business quarters. The

facility is highly conducive and functional and has the

capacity to accommodate up to 20 staff.

Hj. Nor Hashim Abdullah, the Founder and highest

executive of the Company provides full-fledge

leadership to the Business. His visionary approach

and versatile experience in business, marketing and

highest executive posts has earned him high

reputation and recognition among partners and

clients.

Azreen Mohd Nasir, General Manager

Mr. Azreen is the executive spearhead of the

Company. His dynamic, target-oriented and prudent

management style secures timely flow of operation

from the stage of planning to its full completion. Mr.

Azreen is 9 years in business and 4 years with the

Company.

Muhammed Sharif, Senior Consulting Officer

Mr Sharif is an increasingly charismatic leader, whose

presence has elevated the corporate image of the

Company. Mr. Sharif is a senior training and

development specialist with international experience.

There are over 50 international and 20 Malaysian

corporations and bodies in his track record.

registered with and approved by the Ministry of Tourism as

a travel agency.

Harmony Excellence (Training & Consultancy) is registered

with the Ministry of Finance as a Bumiputera Contractor

and as a supplier of goods and services to the

governmental and non-governmental bodies and

institutions.

Currently the registration of Harmony Excellence Travel &

Tours Sdn Bhd with Tabung Haji Malaysia as an authorized

Hajj agent is in progress.

full packages for the visit of Holy places and other

Muslim landmarks. These include:

Harmony Excellence is an active participant and

contributor in non-profit activities and services of

general, public and humanitarian interest. Some of

Orphan sponsorship through special programs

in cooperation with social institutions and

NGO-s

Site visits and distribution of Qurban and

cloths to poor Muslim minority population in

the SE Asia region

Co-sponsoring and co-organization of fund-

rising activities for the need of special

categories in Malaysia

Covering utility costs of a number of Islamic

schools

Individual assistance to the poor students and

deserving categories.

Harmony Excellence Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd

Between March and September, 2010, HETT has

organized and carried out 20 Umrah group tours for

total 365 clients. For March 2011, 240 have already

booked similar package and the implementation is in

process.

Under “Upah” scheme, HETT has also facilitated

performance of Haji for 397 and Umrah for 20 people.

HETT has signed a partnership contract and an MOU

with its partner in Saudi Arabia, the owner of a chain

of 5 hotels in close proximity of the Holy places. This

partnership will secure favorable accommodation for

all Malaysian pilgrims who travel with HETT.

Preparation is also in process for introduction of

tours to Sibu/Philippines, Indonesia, South China and

Bosnia under “Kembara Muslim” package.

Harmony Excellence (Training & Consultancy)

Since the year 2003 HETC has recorded nearly

60,000 school students, 500 teachers and 1,000

professionals who have acquired theoretical. practical

and professional skill through the HETC Program

scheme.

In the year 2010 the emphasis was made on training

professionals from corporate and government

sectors.

Apart from 1,500 school students at 6 schools, our

training has entered several government institutions

and corporations, among them Ministry of Health

(MOH), Selangor Government Secretariat (SUK), and

Malaysian Radio & Television network (RTM).

Social & Humanitarian Program

In 2010 HETT and HETC have taken initiative to

provide shelter houses for orphans of two NGO-s,

Rumah Titian Kaseh and Pernim. Several press-

conferences were also held to create public

awareness in this regard.

In December, 2010, a three-day fund-raising program

was co-organized with Muslim artist Maher Zain for

total 2,400 donors and guests. The objective was to

raise RM 1 million for the settlement of orphans of

the RTK.

HETT and HETC have directly sponsored Umrah

package for 20 orphans and 5 deserving social

workers as well as exemplary volunteers from the

NGO-s.

In November, 2010, Under its Qurban Program, HETT &

HETC have undertaken the distribution of 44 cow and

29 goat meet in 8 Muslim villages in Cambodia. The

number of beneficiaries thus reached 9,000. Also

distributed was 1 metric ton of clothes for poor

people there.

In 2010, HETT and HETC have fully covered utility

costs for 5 madrasah with total 900 students and

teachers.

Kurban Cambodia: 1000 (30,000 beneficiaries)

Visa for Umrah: 6,000 visas

Visa for Hajj: 40 visa

Edu-Program: 10,000 youth
