Ares Environmental Solution JSC (abbreviated as GE), formerly known as Green Environment

Co., Ltd, was established in October 2003. GE Company was born and developed in the context that

export pangasius processing industry has reached its peak in the watershed area of Hau River and

Tien River in An Giang, Dong Thap, Can Tho and then spreading to neighboring provinces. In that

period, there were many frozen seafood plants throughout the Mekong Delta region, at the same

time, they also needed a reputable company to provide wastewater treatment and environmental

protection solutions. And GE Company met the necessary conditions of a qualified contractor. We

signed contracts of wastewater treatment with big companies such as Atlantic Seafood Freezing

Factory N.V, Can Tho (capacity of 3,000m3/day and night), Nam Viet – An Giang JSC (capacity of

2,600m3/day and night, NTSF Seafood JSC, Can Tho (capacity of 2,000m3/day and night), An Phu

Seafood Corporation, Dong Thap (capacity of 1,500m3/day and night), Cuu Long Fish Corporation,

An Giang (capacity of 800m3/day and night), etc.

Ares Company is a pioneering private organization in the Mekong Delta region in providing

environmental protection solutions. Since its founding, Ares Company has been continuously

growing and developing, always one of the leading companies which participates in the market of

consulting, construction and technological transfer to environmental protection projects. At present,

Ares Company opened the market to the Northern provinces such as Thanh Hoa, Hung Yen, Hai

Duong, Hai Phong, Thai Nguyen, etc. and developed new technologies to optimize wastewater

treatment plants in the fields of pulp production, grinding, livestock, industrial parks, residential
