EYES REAL ESTATE CO., LTD (“EYES”) is a market leader in offering a multitude of realty services to various clients. We provide

full brokerage services and property consultancy in Cambodia with

experience in asset valuation, real estate investment advisory,

Established in late 2014, EYES has been duly registered with the Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Economy and Finance, and is

also a member of Cambodian Valuers and Estate Agents Association (CVEA), and of National

Association of Realtors (NAR), USA and we‟re holder of Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) from CIPS Institute.

especially in Phnom Penh. It is the access to such a unique property database that we have

established prior to our official registration with the Ministries. This database contains all-

Accurate, defensible valuations of tangible assets play a critical role in many business situations, ranging from the mundane to the esoteric. Real and personal property valuations are important for tax and financial reporting, asset monitoring, property insurance, ad valorem taxes and replacement budgeting. At the other end of the spectrum, valuation of assets can be an indispensable tool in establishing prices, justifying positions to stockholders and satisfying governmental concerns in the course of corporate mergers, acquisitions, refinancing and restructuring.

INTANGIBLE ASSETS

Because businesses are often worth far more than the sum of their hard assets and working capital, a crucial aspect of EYES‟s valuation services involves valuing intangible assets. Mr. LEANG Long, Chairman of EYES REAL ESTATE is the shareholder and the founder. He has more than 14 years of experience in banking industry practice, having started his professional work with many multinational and local companies in Cambodia and abroad. Mr. Long attended a prestigious business school in Cambodia and holds Master‟s degree of economics in major of Financial Management. He also holds Bachelor degree of General Management and Degree of Diplomé Universitaire Bancaire/ Banking University in French-Khmer and English Class “DUB” at Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE) and holder of

Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) from CIPS

Institute, ID No. 61396955. In the business sector of banking track records together with experiencing of credit analysis, he deals with many real-estate service providers in Cambodia, which inspires him to found EYES REAL ESTATE with strong commitment to the highest ethical standards and professionalism in real estate. He has special merits making EYES REAL ESTATE a step ahead of competitors.

Mr. LEANG Seang Meng, Operation Manager, is the partner-in charge of EYES REAL ESTATE, who oversee overall work assignment of the firm. With extensive knowledge of law and experience since 2013 in real estate industry, Mr. Seang Meng has been involved in drafting and reviewing agreements regarding land leases, land titling, options to purchase land, and also advise clients on various legal matter such as commercial contracts, agreement, regulatory, especially real estate issues, including but not limited to the acquisition of land and matters related to real estate development. Mr. Seang Meng holds LL.M degree from Transnational Law and Business University (TLBU), Republic of Korea, LL.B degree from Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE), and B.Ed in English from Institute of Foreign Languages (IFL).

Mr. SUN Sokhuoch, Head of Valuation Department of EYES REAL ESTATE is a professional property valuer in the field of valuation services and is also in charge of cases from Banks and Financial Institutions, courts and other privates sectors. He makes the reconciliation values of all the inspected properties to verify with Audit Manager and control all-inclusive data of 35,000 properties which is regularly updated for effectiveness of EYES ESTATE REAL. Holder of Bachelor‟s degree in Land Management and Land Administration at Royal University of Agriculture (RUA), he has more than 7 years of experience in relation to real-estate industry practice. He used to work at Key Real Estate Co., Ltd. and 9-BASE Co., Ltd.

Miss. RETH Malis, Head of Buy-Sales and Rental Department of EYES REAL ESTATE, is a professional property specialist of Realtor recognized by Ministry of Economy and Finance. Holder of Bachelor‟s degree in General Management from National University of Management (NUM), and pursuing another Bachelor degree of English for Business Communication at Phnom Penh International University (PPIU), she has been earned since 2014 of working experiences with real estate industry practices. She begins her first work with EYES REAL ESTATE as an admin and is currently promoted as head of Buy-Sales and Rental Department. Mr. LEANG Panha, Technical Engineer, is a Team Leader of Site Inspectors of EYES REAL ESTATE. Holding Engineer‟s degree in the field of Industrial and Mechanical Engineer from Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC), Mr. Panha has successful completed many projects in provinces as technician for the development of rural clean water supply, including Preak Tamak Water Supply Enterprise, Project of Siem Reap Water Supply Authority, organized and sponsored by Word Bank Group, the Department of Rural Water Supply (DRWS) and the Department of Rural Health Care (DRHC) of the Ministry of Rural Development. With EYES REAL ESTATE he has been trained on real estate both in local and international institutions, and deal with developers and constructors.

Mr. MENG Edeth, Head of IT, is a Team Leader of Website Development & Programmer of EYES REAL ESTATE. Holding Master Degree of Research and Lecturer from Cambodian Mekong University and IIC University of Technology. Mr. Edeth has successful completed many projects in the field of website developing, designer and the programmer in Property Management, Resort/Hotel Management and Restaurant Management.
