Our dry wall systems can be utilized for a wide variety of applications. From simple office partitions to sophisticated cleanroom walls, our modularsystems provide portability along with structural soundess.

Our Raised floor systems are the ultimate solutions for data centers, computer roomsand equipment rooms. Raised floors provide flexibility and wire management controlthat allows for easy repair and rearrangement of computer equipment and services. All Steel panels and understructure systems of a raised floor are designed to offerstrength and durability in heavy equipment and rolling load applications.

In construction and architecture, our suspended ceilings, are used as asecondary ceiling formed to conceal piping and ductwork, into areas calledplenums. It consists of a grid-work of metal channels in the shape of anupside-down "T", suspended on wires from the overhead structure. These channels snap together in a regularly spaced pattern – typically a2x2 or 2x4 foot grid – and each cell is filled with lightweight "acoustic ceiling tiles" or "panels" which simply dropinto the grid.

Tiles can be selected with a variety of surface textures, and are typically white, but can be painted any colorusing standard latex paint. Fluorescent light fixtures of the same dimension, and incandescent lights are theninstalled into the grid, as desired.

Dry wall options includes:* Inplant Offices* Office Partitions* Industrial Wall Partitions* Cleanroom Wall Partitions* Wall Partitions

Raised floor systems are the perfect flooring solution for any equipment room application. Raised access flooring systemsare noncombustible, solid, quiet, lightweight for handling ease, excellent grounding and electrical continuity, interchangeablewith other panel strengths and have great rolling and ultimate load performances. The finishes available for raised accessfloors include bare (painted for protection), carpeted (factory laminated or carpet tile), high-pressure laminate andconductive vinyl tile. With easier access and more flexibility than other systems, raised access flooring systems arethe perfect choice.

The revolut ionary Eubiq Power System consists ofthe power track, adaptors and plugs. The system allows power tobe tapped off anywhere along the track through the use of theadaptors and plugs.

The tracks are available in 2 versions: the surface mount (retrofit).and the recess mount. A wide range of Eubiq adaptors are alsoavailable for all major plug types of the world.

Due to the miniaturisation and proliferation ofelectronic equipment, such as computer networks, security systems, communications, processequipment, etc.; the need for a noise free Earth hasbecome vital. Our earthing systems provide meansto carry electric currents into the earth under normaland fault conditions without exceeding any operatingand equipment limits or adversely affecting continuityof service.

Building Wiring and Switches come in a variety of types and sizes. The importance of choosing the appropriatewiring or device cannot be overstated. Wiring that is not sized appropriately can be detrimental to the applianceit operates. In today's high technological environments, undersized wiring can lead to intolerable voltage fluctuationsthat can harm or impede the equipment or its application. Similarly, switches may operate motors, equipment, computers, lighting, processes, and a multitude of other applications. When a switch is not installed in the exact appropriate mannerfor its design, electrical codes, and the installation application, the switch itself can affect the life of the equipmentattached and even create a hazard.

Our cabling division provides complete design of your communicationcabling network system. We provide prmise, backbone and outsideplant design services utilizing copper, fiber and coaxial cabling.Specialising in the installation of structured wiring systems incorporatingindustry standard cable, We are able to provide basic networksinvolving just a few users, right through to the more extensive wiringsystems utilising DATA/VOICE, PA / CCTV systems and ACCESSCONTROL all on a single cabling system. Structured cabling isdesigned around a star topology, a point to point structure which inthe case of accidental damage restricts the breakdown to that onelink. Flood wiring a building is the ideal solution to cope with today'sevolving networks.

We provide a comprehensive range of ceiling mountable frourescent light and emergency light units. The emergency light units are designed to automatically come on when the power fails. These unites areinstalled in key lighting requirement areas and building exit routes. The lights consist of one or moreincandescent bulbs or one or more clusters of high-intensity Light Emitting Diodes (LED). All units havesome sort of a reflector to focus and intensify the light they produce. This can either be in the form of aplastic cover over the fixture, or a reflector placed behind the light source.

By combining data networks and telephones onto one cabling system, customers have the flexibility to change the function of a single outlet fromdata to voice and vice versa with in seconds. Fibre-Optic cable is often used ina structured wiring system where over 100 metre single runs are required- orwhere buildings require linking together. Fibre-Optic cable can be used in mostenvironments, inside or outside and is maintenance free.

Line Conditioners

Modern day digital peripherals are designed to receive power within a certain voltage range. Voltage variation outside

this specified range stress electronic components causing premature failure. These voltage variations are commonly

refered to as sags and surges.

Surge arresters can be viewed as a simple switch between two lines. When voltage rises as a result of a transient, the switch operates diverting the energy away from equipment. There will be a residual voltage left over. The amountof residual voltage is determined by the speed of operation of the surge arrester, ie. the faster the device operates, the lower the residual voltage.

Primary brute force MOV lighting and surge suppressionfitted in main DB for protection against partial directand indirect lightning strikes.

Secondary SAD TVSS fitted in downstream sub DB’s forprotection against indirect l ightning str ikes, transient and surges.

A Line Interactive UPS is typically an standby type unit thatoperates the same as an Off-Line unit but includes ‘lineconditioning’ features. The advantage of this topology beinga higher level of protection due to line conditioning whilemains is present and isolated UPS power during mains outof limits or failures.

Typical Line-Interactive applications include: Personalcomputers and less critical file server applications.

An Off-Line UPS is typically a standby type unit that allowsthe mains supply through to the critical load as long as themains voltage is within specified limits. Once the mainsdeviates outside these limits or fails, the UPS will switch onand supply the critical load with UPS generated power.

Typical Off-Line applications include: Non-critical workstationsand point of sales terminals.

An On-line UPS is based on the double conversion (AC-DC-AC) principle. These units continiously provide main isolated,UPS generated, stable and clean voltage and frequency tothe laod circuits. Inergen is an environmentally green three dimensional fire suppression agent replacing Halon 1301. Critical facilitiessuch as data processing rooms, telecommunications switchingfacilities, process control rooms, and others, require anon-water based extinguishing agent that:

* Is electrically nonconductive* Is safe for use in human occupied facilities* Would not damage sensitive electronic equipment* Has zero ozone depletion, zero global warming, and zero atmospheric lifetime

Inergen is a blend of three naturally occurring gases: Nitrogen, Argon, and Carbon Dioxide. It is stored in cylinders near the facility under protection.

Detectors sense fire in the protected area andelectronically signal the AUTOPULSE Control Unit.

The AUTOPULSE Control Unit then triggers a seriesof action... sounds audible and visual alarms - shutsdown ventilation - and, after the prescribed timedealy period, energizes the electric actuator on theINERGEN cylinder valve.

The cylinder valve opens allowing INERGEN agentto escape from the storage cylinder into thedistribution piping network.

INERGEN agent discharges through strategically-placed nozzles where it quickly floods the protectedroom and suppresses the fire.

Advancement in CCTV technology is turning videosurveillance into one of the most valuable lossprevention, safety/security and management tools availabletoday.

Retailers use CCTV to monitor for shoplifters and dishonestemployees, compile recorded evidence against bogusaccident claims and to monitor merchandising displaysin stores that may be hundreds of mile away.

CCTV can be used to monitor hazardous work areas, thwart theft and ensure the security of premises andparking facilities.

CCTV (Closed Circuit TeleVision)

Our Smoke Cannon security system uses a glycol water mixture, pumps it over asuper heat exchange and through a nozzle, and it vaporizes as it hits the air, creating a smoke-like vapor. The resulting dense fog can be ventilated withinminutes and leaves no residue. Each system contains enough liquid mixture for upto seven activations. The harmless fog eliminates those first minutes of opportunitythieves need to steal valuables quickly.

Networking

Wired LANs use Ethernet cables and network adapters. Wired LANs generally alsorequire central devices like hubs, switches, or routers to accommodate morecomputers. For dial-up connections to the Internet, the computer hosting the modem mustrun Internet Connection Sharing or similar software to share the connection with all othercomputers on the LAN. Broadband routers allow easier sharing of cable modem or DSL Internetconnections, plus they often include built-in firewall support.

A wireless LAN or WLAN is a wireless local area network that uses radio waves as its carrier:the last link with the users is wireless, to give a network connection to all users in the surroundingarea. Areas may range from a single room to an entire campus. The backbone network usuallyuses cables, with one or more wireless access points connecting the wireless users to the wirednetwork.

We have a vast range of IT consumables from well known brands like HP, brother, Lexmark,Canon, OKI, Verbaitem (Writable CD's) etc.
