LUBE OIL SySTEM
Lube oil system provides lubrication and cooling to the rotating parts, gear box and driver. Lube oil systems consist of a main oil pump, standby oil pump, oil reservoir, duplex oil filters, oil coolers, instrumentation and piping.
SEAL OIL SySTEM
To keep the hydrogen inside the generator, various places in the generator are required to seal against hydrogen leakage to atmosphere. The seal oil it self actually a portion of the lube oil, diverted from the lube oil system. It is then fed to a separate system of its own with pump, motor, hydrogen detraining or vacuum degassing equipment, and controls to regulate the pressure and flow.
STATOR COOLING WATER SySTEM
It is used to provide a source of de-mineralize water to generator winding for direct cooling of stator winding and associated component.Strainer is to remove particles and de-ionizing sub system and it is required to maintain low conductivity. High conductivity can cause a flashover to ground in the stator winding.

CONDENSER TUBE CLEANING SySTEM
It is a simple, closed, ball re-circulation loop. A non-clogging pump carries sponge rubber balls out
of an inline ball recirculating unit and injects them into the inlet water flow of the shell and tube
unit to be cleaned. The balls are forced through these tubes by the differential pressure available
across them. Ball strainer screen(s) located after the outlet of these tubes remove the balls from
the main cooling water flow and feeds them back to the ball recirculating for recirculation or
collection.
DEBRIS FILTER
The debris filter is designed to effectively prevent fouling from fibrous, coarse and marine life
type debris larger than the selected filter performance size. By removing the debris from the
cooling water inlet flow, tube fouling and plugging will be drastically reduced.

VARIABLE SPRING HANGER
Variable Spring Hanger is most frequently used for supporting pipe lines because of their balanced serviceability of cost and performance.
CONSTANT SPRING HANGER
Constant Spring Hanger is large enough for heat-displacement of piping than variable spring hanger. It is designed to sustain a constant load irrespective of this.
CRyOGENIC PIPE SUPPORT
Cryogenic Pipe Support has great insulation effect in low temperature environment. Therefore, it is used for low-temperature pipe which requires great mechanical strength and preserves temperature of pipe. Jeongwoo developed cryogenic pipe support, PUB(Polyurethane Blocks) which focuses on intensity to support pipe.

PRE-FABRICATED PIPING
Pre-fabricated Piping is a steel pipe supplying cooling water from a circulation pump. For thermal
plant, over 800 microns of epoxy paint is used on the interior of the pipe to prevent corrosion
from salty water. Also polyethylene tape is wrapped along the exterior of the pipe

Cooling Water Piping supply water at the condenser what able to use condensation of emission
steam of turbine and bypass steam into water and eliminate thermal load from various
equipment of power plant.

ESP (E lectrostat ic Precip i tators)
The dust particles or droplets floating in the gas, are negatively charged by discharge electrodes
that are connected to a high tension unit. The particles migrate towards the collecting electrodes
under the influence of a strong electrical field where they adhere. The electrodes are cleaned
periodically by means of the respective cleaning systems. The deposits fall or flow into the
hoppers or troughs that are located under the precipitator and are then discharged or
pumped out.
The raw gas passes through the gas distribution internals, which are located in the conical inlet
hood and enter the active collection area.
SEAWATER FGD (F lue Gas Desulphur izat ion)
To remove sulphur oxides (SOx) and other acidic components (HCl, HF), the flue gas is brought
into intensive contact with seawater in the absorption zone to ensure mass transfer from the
gaseous into the liquid phase. The seawater from the absorption zone is gassed with air before
being returned to the sea in order to ensure oxidation of the separated SO2 to sulphate.

FUEL GAS SUPPLy SySTEM
GAS HEATER
Heaters of the type described herein are provided for heating of gases, for non-attended automatic operation.The basic construction consists of a heated water bath vessel with interchangeable combustion chamber and tube bundle system. The gas containing tube bundle can be designed specifically making allowance for the requirements given, for customers’ specifications as well as standard specifications, codes of practice, etc., i. e. commercial materials are used for the standard application.
GAS FILTER
Gas filtration may be defined as the art of removing solid particulate matter from dry gas streams to free the stream of dust and other abrasive solid particulate matter. Gas filtration and separation may be defined as the art of removing solid particulate matter and liquids in suspension in gas streams. The field of gas filtration and separation filtration is one of a combination of removing either solids, or solids and liquids such as water and hydrocarbons, which may appears as slugs or in the form of mist or fog.
GAS BUFFERING SySTEM
Buffer gases are commonly used in many applications from high pressure discharge lamps to reduce line width of microwave transitions in alkali atoms. A buffer gas usually consists of atomically inert gases such as helium, argon, and nitrogen which are the primary gases used. Krypton, neon, and xenon are also used, primarily for lighting. In most scenarios, buffer gases are used in conjunction with other molecules for the main purpose of causing collisions with the other co-existing molecules.

The debris filter designed to effectively prevent fouling from fibrous, coarse and marine life type debris larger than the selected filter performance size. By removing the debris from the cooling water inlet flow, tube fouling and plugging will be drastically reduced.

A strainer section in the cooling water outlet extracts the balls and a centrifugal pump moves them into a collector section ready for the next cycle. Balls can be circulated continuously or intermittently to suit the individual plant.
Since the diameter of the sponge rubber ball is slightly larger than the inside diameter of the cooling tube, the ball wipes dirt and scale from the inside surface of the tube. These deposits are removed without disturbing the protective film on the inside tube walls.
The ball collector having a housing with inlet and outlet ports, the outlet port having a strainer screen which allows fluid but not the balls to pass, and an access port with a releasable cover sealed with an O-ring. The cover is of metal frame construction with a transparent center, preferably comprised of a pyrex glass member encased in a metal sleeve.

variable spring Hanger is most frequently used for supporting pipe lines because of their balanced serviceability of cost and performance.
constant spring Hanger is large enough for heat-displacement of piping than variable spring hanger. it is designed to sustain a constant load irrespective of this.
RestRuts(Restr ict ing struts ) have been developed as substitutes for existing restraints which are composed of shapes, and are standard type pipe supporting systems to be used for support and restraint of pipe lines.
Many kinds of snubbers are available as a hydraulic snubber, such as a plane traveling damper which utilizes the viscous friction between two parallel planes, a rotary damper which utilizes viscous friction in the external circumference of a piston etc.
