Established in 2003, Arrows Group has grown quickly and built an impressive reputation based on the delivery of robust, quality-driven recruitment services. We are now recognised as an established key supplier within our core markets - Technology, Project Management and Healthcare.

Today, Arrows Group works with over 250 organisations across the UK and Europe, providing Permanent, Contract and Temporary recruitment services.

TECHNOLOGYArrows Group’s Technology Division consists of a number of specialist teams that recruit across the entire IT&C environment. This Division works with companies across all major industry sectors, delivering superior Contract and Permanent recruitment services. The majority of the business within our Technology Division is repeat business, with a significant proportion of clients choosing to work with us exclusively on a regular basis.

HEALTHCAREArrows Group’s Healthcare Division specialises in the recruitment of fully compliant Nurses (RGN’s, RMN’s and specialists), Healthcare Workers and Pharmacists for Temporary, Contract and Permanent placements throughout the UK. Our teams provide high quality healthcare recruitment services on a 24/7 basis, 365 days of the year. We specialise in providing high calibre staff at short notice.

PROJECT MANAGEMENTArrows Group’s Project Management Division specialises in recruiting Project Management and Business Analysis staff on both a Permanent and Contract basis. The key to the success of this team is its understanding of the complexities of the sector, and of the unique requirements of our clients, which range from Digital Media and Communications providers through to the Insurance and Investment Banking sectors.

CAMPAIGN

Arrows Group has state of the art, dedicated recruitment processes and systems customised to the delivery of managed, end to end recruitment campaigns.

CONTINGENCY

Recruiting staff on an ad hoc or ‘on request’ basis. We aim for high quality, low quantity; allowing the client to fill the required posts with a minimum consumption of time.

CONTRACT

Arrows Group ‘Virtual Bench’ is a constantly updated database of highly skilled contractors; which when combined with our ‘Red Zone’ delivery service enables us to provide excellent candidates within 24hrs.

SEARCH

Headhunting, is just one area of our flexible AG Hive approach. We are not purely a search firm, and benefit from having established recruitment teams that are great sources of market intelligence.

HYBRID
