BACKGROUND
The company was incorporated on 9 April 1994,
with a paid up capital of RM 600,000.00 and
increase to RM 1,000,000.00 in year 2010 in
order to upgrade its facilities to cater the growing
business.

We are specialized in : -
Precision Machining of Milling & Turning parts & Assembly.
Design, fabrication and retrofit jigs fixtures, tools, dies etc.
Industrial Automation parts and assembly.
Provide advisory on assembly function test trial and design on specific
projects basis.
Various types of welding, including ARC Weld, Argon, TIG, MIG etc.
* Secondary process support such as plating ( Zinc, Nickel, Tin, EN,
Tin-Nickel etc. ), Spray paint, Powder coat, Hardening, Blackening,
Anodizing , Chromating & Chromate conversion plating ( Alodine ) etc.

FUTURE PLAN
We have obtained the ISO 9001 certification in early December
2008. It marks the cornerstone for the company readiness to
take part in global expansion ,thus creating a viable business
environment to enable this company positioned in a more
competitive local as well as oversea markets.
We planned to acquired OSH 1800 / ISO 14001 system in
year 2014 as one of our determination to be a good corporate
citizen and employee–safety concerned company.

Manufacturing and Assembly of industrial and Automation

CHONG KOK HOH (MANAGING DIRECTOR)
Mr.Chong Kok Hoh is a Qualified Professional Precision Machinist
graduated from the Philips Government Training Center in Singapore.
He has served in ABB Vetco Singapore for a period of 3 years. During his
mission with ABB Vetco, he has earned the recognition as an outstanding
Precision Machinist in the Company in term of delivering high quality
products and achieving high level of efficiency. Mr.Chong has twenty years
experiences in precision engineering and automation industries.
Mr.Chong Kok Hoh machining qualification ;
1) Craftsman Certificate (EDB S’pore) --- 1989
2) National Trade Certificate (NTC2) in precision machining --- 1991
3) CNC Machining Course (Ngge An Polytechnic, S’pore) --- 1992
4) Manufacturing Management Course (SANNO, TOKYO, JAPAN) --- 1993

Lau Kian Yock (Factory Manager)
Mr. Lau Kian Yock is a Certified Lead Assessor to IRCA UK in year 1997,
enhanced by professional quality management system auditors, Mr Lau has
successfully helps his previous employer to acquired Approved Vendor List
status from various multi-national organizations such as :-
1) Flextronic ,Solectron, Zerox [USA], Sony, Xyratex from year 2004-2006.
2) Panasonic [ Senai, Shan Alam, Batam, Japan ], Sharp [ world wide], Mitsubishi [Malaysia ,Mexico ,Japan ],
Soshin, Prosonic, Mctronic-Toshiba, Rheinmetall [Contravas] from year
1994-2003.
3) Venture-GES, Applied Bio-systems, Bio-Rad Life Science, Vista, Celestica,
Dyson, SKP, SPI, ATA, Meiban, VS Industry, OYL Technology etc—from
year 1997-2011.

PRODUCTION TEAM Mr Lau has vast exposure in various industry for more than 30 years,
during these period of time; he heads for manufacturing front line manager
in Panasonic TV components Assembly & SGS–Thomson Micro-electronic
for 4 years.
Thereafter, 12 years in Semi-conductor Back End Process Quality Engineering;
and lastly, 17 years hand-on experience in Quality Management and
Engineering in Sheet Metal stamping industry.
During these years, Mr Lau has been reckon as one of the best engineer in
SGS-Thomson ; and he was invited to participate in Corporate Worldwide
Back-end Standardization And Engineering Programed [ Center Engineering
Department, SGS-Thomson Muar ] and he also assisted Robex Sdn Bhd to acquired &
maintain ISO 9001/ QS 9000 [ TS 16949 ] & ISO14001 System during his years
in the stamping industry.
Qualification:
Mr Lau having back ground of Automotive–Mechanical Engineering and he
owns a Diploma in General Management (Malayan Institute of Management).
Elias Leong Soon Kheong (Operation Manager)
has over 13 years experience in Mold Design
engineering, fabrication, and maintenance for plastic
injection industry in Singapore. During his years of
service both with German & Japanese base company,
Mr. Leong has laid his good tracks of records in his
career and earns good recognition form his top
management.

Mr. Leong’s hands on experience in Milling and
Turning knowledge is an asset to Gain Mirage to excel
further in confronting bigger challenge ahead.
Qualification :
Mr. Leong owns a Mechanical Engineering Diploma
and major in Plastic Polymers from Singapore
Polytechnic in year 1995.
