Use of top-quality granulated plastics in the injection moulding process, an array of reliable and flexible tool-making partners, years of experience, and our flexibility allow us to carry out even the most challenging and complex projects. our expert employees control the processes for compliance with the standards of optimization and maximum yield in terms of time and material. from processing basic thermoplastics to more complex polycarbonates, polyamides, or linear polyesters.
SinGle-ComponenT ConTinUoUS moUlDinGSingle-component injection moulding is managed in all project stages. furthermore, additional services are included to provide a comprehensive solution for our partners. in the process, glass fibres or additives can be used to the input material to make the product fire-proof, UV-stable, or heat-resistant.
Bi-ComponenT ConTinUoUS moUlDinGSimultaneous injection of two different materials allows creating products with
new properties, especially products with improved durability and strength. We are particularly successful in combining plastics with metal or glass.

laSer marKinGmarking the products by using a laser. Safe and accurate, without the use of ink or tools that may damage the surface.
UlTraSoniC WelDinGJoining materials using high-frequency ultrasonic vibration. even allows water-tight and gas-tight welds. ideal for joining asymmetric materials.
paD & SCreen prinTinGapplying the desired motive to the product using a rubber pad or a screen. pad printing (or tampography) allows quality print even on curved or 3D surfaces.
GaS inJeCTion moUlDinG
introducing gas into the injection moulding process allows creating hollows in the products. This reduces costs, provides faster cooling and more rapid production process, and it is an ideal solution to reduce the thickness of product walls.

our business success allows us to plan our steps far ahead. We are about to expand our manufacturing operations to a new location – even more fitting to the daily dynamics required by the laws of the market. adjusting to customer demand will be even easier and our response and flexibility further enhanced.
We concentrate on new materials as we pursue our corporate philosophy of environment protection and the global trend of biodegradable plastics. We believe we are entering an era in which all input materials are biodegradable and reusable.

enVironmenTWe strive not to burden the environment. looking to consolidate the confidence of our customers, we introduced the environmental management system according to the international standard iSo 14001:2004. now, our efforts are geared towards obtaining the iSo 50001 standard. in order to reduce our environmental impact as much as possible, we have committed to rational use of electric energy, noise control, and care for continuous improvement to the environmental management system.
Special care is paid to raising the awareness of our youngest as we believe that a keen sense for the preservation of nature should be nurtured from an early age on. We work with kindergartens to show the children how care for the nature and waste separation are essential for preservation of the environment in which we live.
SOCIETYWe are aware of our company’s effect on the environment in which we operate. We seek involvement in the projects that affect the long-term development of the region, and the projects focused on providing aid to those in need. Special care is paid to the children as we, consistently with our vision, communicate our message of protection of nature and care for a clean environment.
