“Commendator” Francesco Zambelli founds the company in 1976.

After accomplishing his career as entrepreneur in 2014 becoming

owner of 100% of the company, in 2016 he has

promoted a joint-venture with Niedax Group,

German company world leader of metallic

cable tray systems. In this way the bases for a

wide plan of investiments have been laid, which

projects FEMI-CZ in the future, with an even

more important role in Italy and in the Mediter-

ranean area. In fact for more than 40 years he

has committed to the production and sale of

metallic cable trays, dividing between three pas-

sions: work, family and rugby. He has realized

various patents and conceived lucky production

solutions which in the course of time have pro-

ved to be winning. He has cooperated to many

advertising initiatives and to technical meetings

about the evolution and normalization of the

product. Today, with his son eng. Antonio at

the general management and with a qualifi ed

and reliable team of collaborators, continues to

give, when necessary, his contribution towards

the future, for himself and for the company, but

also for the customers, above all for the most de-

manding ones, committed to the major building

projects.

He believes in the will to grow so that to keep

always up with the times and to be a reference

point for the people surrounding him.

He has been always willing and ready to support

culture and sport. In 1989 he approached the

sport of rugby, sponsoring Rugby Rovigo and im-

mediately becoming in 1990 Italian Champion

with the name CZ CAGNONI, continuing then, almost without in-

terruptions, to support economically and morally the maximum ex-

pression of Rugby in “Polesine”. Since June 2010, together with nume-

rous friends, he has promoted the foundation of Rugby Rovigo Delta,

assuming its presidency in 2011, role that he mantains even now.

ll Commendator Francesco Zambelli ha fondato la società nel

1976. Dopo aver coronato la sua carriera di imprenditore nel

2014 diventando titolare del 100% dell’azien-

da, è stato nel 2016 promotore di una Joint-

Venture con Niedax Group, azienda tedesca

oggi leader mondiale dei sistemi portacavi

metallici. Sono state così poste le basi per

un ampio piano di investimenti che proietta

FEMI-CZ nel futuro, con un ruolo ancor più im-

portante in Italia e nell’area del Mediterraneo.

Da più di quarant’anni anni ormai egli si dedica

alla produzione e vendita dei sistemi portacavi

metallici, dividendosi fra tre passioni: il lavoro,

la famiglia e il rugby. Ha realizzato diversi bre-

vetti e ideato fortunate soluzioni produttive

che nel tempo si sono dimostrate vincenti. Ha

collaborato a molte iniziative pubblicitarie e a

meeting tecnici sull’evoluzione e normazione

del prodotto. Oggi, con il fi glio ing. Antonio

alla direzione generale e con un qualifi cato e

affi dabile gruppo di collaboratori, continua a

dare, quando necessario, il suo apporto verso

il futuro, per sé e per l’azienda, ma anche per i

clienti, soprattutto per quelli più esigenti, im-

pegnati nelle grandi opere.

Crede nella voglia di crescere in modo da ri-

manere sempre al passo con i tempi e di esse-

re un punto di riferimento per chi gli sta vicino.

Da sempre è sensibile e pronto a sostenere

cultura e sport. Nel 1989 si è avvicinato allo

sport del rugby, sponsorizzando la Rugby Ro-

vigo e diventando subito, nel 1990, Campione

d’Italia con il nome CZ CAGNONI, continuan-

do poi, quasi senza interruzioni, a sostenere economicamente

e moralmente la massima espressione del rugby polesano. Da

giugno 2010, assieme a numerosi amici, ha promosso la costi-

tuzione di Rugby Rovigo Delta, assumendone la presidenza nel

2011, carica che mantiene tuttora.

Calcio - Il calcio, sport di massima diff usione in Italia, è la

principale attività sportiva di Crespino, paese poco distante

dalla città di Rovigo e sede dello storico stabilimento

“CZ” da cui è nata l’attuale FEMI-CZ. Si può facilmente

comprendere come sia importante sostenere l’attività di

questa società sportiva, attività che ha molti risvolti positivi

in ambito sociale e territoriale. Oltre a una prima squadra, vi

sono molti bambini che si ritrovano sul campo, inseriti nei

programmi di attività del settore giovanile.

Football - Football, sport which has the widest diff usion

in Italy, is the main sports activity in Crespino, village not so

far from the city of Rovigo and location of the historical “CZ”

factory from which the present FEMI-CZ was born. It is easy to

understand how supporting the activity of this sports club is very important, activity that has also implications in the social and

territorial fi eld. Besides a fi rst team, there are many children who meet at the football fi eld, included in the programs of activity

of the youth sector.

Rugby - Rugby Rovigo Delta è una delle società

più importanti in Italia e rappresenta, storicamente,

l’immagine sportiva della provincia di Rovigo,

del territorio polesano. Militante dal 1935 è uno

dei club più longevi della storia del rugby in Italia

e l’unico mai retrocesso dalla massima divisione.

Da qualche anno gioca una delle Coppe Europee.

Nella stagione sportiva 2015-2016 ha vinto il suo

12° scudetto, coronando un sogno che durava da

26 anni. Questa società è motivo di vanto della città

che risponde alle partite casalinghe con il pubblico

più numeroso, tanto da riuscire a realizzare in

giugno 2018 la “Mischia più grande d’Europa” con

1560 persone in campo, in quello che è defi nito “il

tempio del rugby italiano”. Passione, tenacia, forza

e disciplina, perfetto connubio con l’immagine di

FEMI-CZ!

Rugby - Rugby Rovigo Delta is one of the most important clubs in Italy and represents,

historically, the image of sport in our province of Rovigo, of Polesine. Participant since 1935

it is one of the longest-lasting club of rugby history in Italy and the only one that has always

played in the

major league.

For some years it

has played one

of the European

Cups as well. In

the 2015-2016

season, it won its

12th championship, crowning a dream that lasted

26 years. This club is a reason of pride for the city that

answers to the home matches with the most numerous

spectators, so to realized in June 2018 the “Largest

Scrum in Europe” with 1560 people in the fi eld, in “the

temple of Italian rugby”. Passion, tenacity, strength and

of metallic rolled sections, stationed in two factories, one in

Rovigo and the other one in Crespino (RO), on two areas of

total 52.000 m², of which 28.000 m² covered.
