Established in 1984, Sabi Engineering has marked nearly three decades of committedservice in the electromechanical industry.
Sabi Engineering has key offices in UAE and India, strong independent finances, anexcellent credit rating and a regular repeat client base. In UAE, Sabi ElectromechanicalWorks LLC was formed in 2007 with key focus on MEP services for fast track projects.
With our uncompromising attention to detail and a firm commitment to getting it right, wehave successfully delivered projects ranging from $50,000 to $5m.The profile of jobsexecuted span from commercial buildings, residential complexes, super specialty hospitalsand educational campuses, to small & medium industries.

We as MEP specialist contactor has proposed Bus Bar system for Power distribution for themanufacturing area which was highly appreciated by client. 1. INTRODUCTION
Sabi Engineering Company was established in 1984, marked nearly threedecades of committed service to the electromechanical industry.
Competence, dedication & trust are values synonymous to Sabi Philosophy.
We have been executing projects in UAE and Muscat for the last few years andhave dedicated office in Dubai, Sabi Electromechanical Works LLC, to provide thebest of MEP services to the Middle East.
Sabi Electromechanical Works LLC has successfully completed a number ofprojects in the commercial, hospitality, residential & industrial segments.

2. QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
This Quality management System has been created, maintained & implementedeffectively and efficiently to achieve Customer Satisfaction.
Sabi Electromechanical Works LLC follows a set of procedure to ensure theQuality Management system.
Availability of necessary resources is done through proper planning, and resourcemanagement. Activities are carried out under controlled conditions (procedures,Guidelines … etc).
The information necessary for effective operation and monitoring of theseprocesses is found within available controlled documents throughout theorganization.

Upon the completion of measurement and monitoring of the processes andanalysis of the data, appropriate action is taken to assure intentions are achievedand opportunities for improvement are acted on.
2.1 QUALITY CONTROL PROCEDURES
SABI ELECTROMECHANICAL WORKS LLC has developed procedures to ensureeffective operation of the Quality Management System. Procedures or flowchart are maintained to ensure that all operational activities of the Companyare carried out under acceptable and controlled conditions.

2.3 MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITY & STRUCTURE
2.3.1 Management Responsibility
Top management at SABI ELECTROMECHANICAL WORKS LLC is theGeneral Manager, committed to ensure that the development andimplementation of Quality Management System is effective andcontinually improving its effectiveness by:
Communicating to the organization about the importance ofmeeting customer’s requirements including management reviewand other legal requirements.
Establishing the Quality Management System policy andobjectives consistent with the purpose of the organization.
Initiating action and management resources available to achievepolicy & objectives
Ongoing involvement in the Quality Management System and itsimprovement.

2.4 QUALITY POLICY
The SABI ELECTROMECHANICAL WORKS LLC policy statement has beendeveloped & would be continually reviewed in due consideration to thefollowing:

The quality policy would be communicated to the SABI ELECTROMECHANICALWORKS LLC employees through means of meetings, trainings, anddocumentations.
2.5 PLANNING
SABI ELECTROMECHANICAL WORKS LLC has set SMART (Specific,Measurable, Achievable, Realistic & Time based) objectives at all levels withinthe organization based on:
Views, needs, and expectations of owners, customers, societyand employees and Interested Parties.
Outputs of management review meetings, data analysis, andinternal audit results.
Process and product performance.
Legal / legislative requirements
Technical options & financial, operational and businessrequirements
These SMART objectives will be communicated to all levels of the staffaccording to their involvement.
Whenever there is a need for planning a Management Meeting will be heldand relevant plans will be developed.
2.6 RESPONSIBILITY, AUTHORITY AND COMMUNICATION
Responsibilities and authorities shall be defined & documented through “JobDescriptions”, up to Managerial level, and shall consist of job title, reportingstructure and duties & responsibilities as a minimum. This shall becommunicated to the relevant staff.

2.7 RESOURCES MANAGEMENT
SABI ELECTROMECHANICAL WORKS LLC shall determine and provide theresources like competent persons, Equipment, and infrastructure for the day-to-day activities.
Resources are identified primarily through planning, also it is identified as andwhen needs arises. Based on the planning & needs, resources are provided.
Main aim of this exercise will be to have adequate resources to ensure thecustomer satisfaction.
Top management will ensure that all personnel employed with in theorganization are capable of carrying out the assigned tasks and haveappropriate skills to perform them efficiently, competently and to the requiredStandards. Staff shall be recruited based on the competency requirementsrequired for the particular position.
Competency is determined / evaluated by interviewing, ongoing jobperformance and where required through temporary assignments.
2.7.1 Infrastructure
The management shall identify plan and implement the infrastructureneed as required and this shall cover following:

The Management will review all identified customer product /servicerequirements for new business or existing business requirements. Allthe customer requirements and /or the service requirements arereviewed in the form of tender /contract or in the form of receipt ofpurchase orders from the customer. This addresses the determination ofSABI ELECTROMECHANICAL WORKS LLC’s ability to meet therequirements
Tendering processes which include reviewing of tender documents, site visit ifneeded, clarification for details and ambiguities from client, preparation ofpurchase inquiries, quantity take off, submission of tender are carried out bythe Tendering Department.
A final review of customer requirements is done prior to delivery to assurethat all differences are addressed and resolved.

2.9 DESIGNS AND DEVELOPMENT
Design Engineer or the relevant project in charge is responsible for controllingdesign and development activities; design activities are controlled by Design/Drafting Process flow.
Draftsman prepares design and their control sheet for each project based onsimple design. This design process control sheet shall be updated as thedesign evolves. The complex design and where calculations are needed thenthe design activity are subcontracted to an approved contractor. The drawingare reviewed and approved by respective Design / Project engineer. Thedesign process takes into consideration adequate resources of the company.
Project manager is responsible for approving any changes in design.
2.10PURCHASING
Procedures are established and effectively implemented to ensure thatrequirements of procurement materials are clearly identified and transferredto Accounts section for the payment thru cash or credit system or generationof purchase orders. Significant waste is avoided by controlling the purchasingprocess.
2.10.1 Purchase Process
The purchasing process will ensure that all purchased materials /services conform to specified requirements and that suppliers have thecapability to meet them
A list of approved supplier /sub-contractors list is maintained and allmaterials / services for site/project execution used is purchased fromone of these suppliers / subcontractor
When services are procured from suppliers, the purchase order mayrefer as applicable, to supplier’s quotation to ensure that theycompletely understand the requirements and prices are agreed.
The purchasing documents clearly and completely describe thefollowing:
Description of materials ordered, quantity, prices and date ofsupply
The product / service requirements in terms specification andcompliance to specific standards as applicable
The packing and delivery requirement as applicable
2.10.2 Verification of purchased product
All purchased products will be verified prior to acceptance, theseverifications will be done either on the customer premise/sites or in theorganization as the time of receipt.

Purchaser and Material coordinator will be fully responsible for thisactivity and they follow the relevant procedure Purchasing process.Records of this will be maintained as needed.
The verification will be in-line with the requirements stated in thepurchase order / quotation submitted to the supplier or any documentssubmitted by the supplier and relevant procedures.
The control of site and service activities will be assured by:
The easy access of specifications for product and or service
The easy access to necessary procedures
The availability of suitable (maintained & calibrated) equipment’s
The implementation of monitoring and measurement activities
Receipt and release of product or application of servicesaccording to the specific requirements.
