Mazri Mahmood has a Bachelor Degree in Finance and Computer Information
System. He has over 10 years working experience in Information Communication
Technology (ICT) industry especially in Large Scale System Integration,
Transportation System, Manufacturing, Engineering and Telecommunication in
Malaysia.
He spent most of his working career in a Korean MNC before venturing into
business world with Rayyan Solutions. As a Director, his vision is to be a catalyst
and driving force for Rayyan to deliver product excellence and quality customer
service to all Rayyan’s customer throughout the world.

Degree with distinction in Information Technology, Rashid Ahwazian is driving
Rayyan Solutions Sdn. Bhd.’s technical affairs and practices in product
development and engineering division. Rashid has been active in IT and
transportation industry specifically in railway for over 7 years and has been

The success of the project lies not only on the technical and functional capabilities of proposed solution, but also in the ability of the users to effectively use and operate the system. Support Services are critical for the success of the project to ensure the availability of the system whenever required.
The Support Services consist of the support and maintenance activities for the hardware, software, network equipments, and applications. With respect to the LAMS applications, our Support Services will provide the first level of support to all the sites that the application systems will be deployed.
Support Strategies
The followings are the support strategies that we employed to provide superior Support Services to our customers:
One stop helpdesk/call center to handle requests for technical support and any reports/complaints from our customers.
Nationwide Service Centers to handle larger customers with branches all over the country. We are leveraging the Services Centers of our technology partners to support our customers.
Experienced and qualified customer service engineers and technicians.
Comprehensive maintenance services program to complement the support services. After the warranty period is over, we would be able to provide continued support through a separate maintenance service arrangement
