Engineering & Programmatic Support

• Since 2004, Advanced Core Concepts has been supporting the DoD International Air Traffic ControlRadar Beacon System, Identification Friend or Foe, Mark XII/XIIA System (“AIMS”) Program Office, whoperforms testing and qualifying on all IFF systems deployed by the US military and supportsinteroperability with our NATO allies. Advanced Core Concepts provides comprehensive engineering,technical, and administrative support to the DoD AIMS PO at Robins AFB in Warner Robins, Georgia.

• Advanced Core Concepts provides program management, integration, engineering, supplymanagement, and interface control maintenance support to the Air Force Distributed Common GroundSystem (“AF DCGS”), Integrated Broadcast Service (“IBS”) and Forward Processing, Exploitation, andDissemination (“FPED”) cell within the Command, Control, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance(“C2ISR”) Division at Robins AFB.

Engineering & Programmatic Support

• Advanced Core Concepts provides professional services, including logistics and technical managementfor (i) Special Operation Forces ("SOF”) Electronic Warfare (“EW”) AAR-44 Infrared Warning System(“IRWS”), (ii) AAR-47 Missile Warning System (“MWS”) APR-46A/A(V) Wideband MicrowaveReceiving System (“WMRS”), (iii) APR-39 Radar Detecting Set, and (iv) the AAQ-24 Large AircraftDirectional Infrared Countermeasures (“DIRCM”).

• Advanced Core Concepts has experience supporting the National Oceanic and AtmosphericAdministration (“NOAA”). Advanced Core Concepts has experience providing high-level systemsengineering support to the NOAA’s COSMIC-2 Program, a partnership between NOAA and Taiwan’sNational Space Organization (“NSPO”) whose mission is to launch six satellites into low-inclinationorbits in 2016 and another six satellites into high inclination orbits in 2018.

• International Logistics Group, through its subcontract with COLSA Corporation, has managementexperience (including maintenance, sustainment, and engineering and program management support)with the worldwide fleet of C-17 aircraft. We provide technical and logistics support pertaining to themanagement and maintenance of C-17 Globemaster equipment, computer programs, and automatedtest systems. Other C-17 Program Office duties include IETM support and configuration and softwaremanagement.

• International Logistics Group, through its subcontract with COLSA Corporation, has managementexperience (including maintenance, sustainment, and engineering and program management support)with the worldwide fleet of C-130 aircraft. We provide technical and logistics support pertaining tothe management and maintenance support of C-130 Hercules equipment. Other C-130 ProgramOffice duties include (i) program management, (ii) aircraft modifications and configurationmanagement, and (iii) technical support.

• International Logistics Group, through its subcontract with COLSA Corporation, has managementexperience (including maintenance, sustainment, and engineering and program management support)with mature and proven aircraft. We provide proven aircraft support at Hill AFB, Utah. We haveexperience with the following proven aircraft platforms (i) T-38 support (USAF, Navy, NASA), (ii) F-5 &F-4 support (USAF/FMS), (iii) QF-4 Drone Version of F-4, (iv) QF-16 Drone Version of F-16.

• International Logistics Group, through its subcontract with COLSA Corporation, has managementexperience (including maintenance, sustainment, and engineering and program management support)with training aircraft. International Logistics Group provides training aircraft support at Tinker AFB,Oklahoma. Current training systems supported include the Joint Primary Aircraft Training System(“JPATS”).

Logistics and Sustainment

• International Logistics Group provides supply chain management services to the Defense LogisticsAgency, whose mission is to provide supplies to the military and support its acquisition of weapons,repair parts, and other materials. Services include procurement (AF Depots/OEMS), analysis anddesign, and warehousing (supply chain logistics). Current locations include (i) Robins AFB, (ii) Tinker AFB,(iii) Hill, AFB, and (iv) Richmond (VA).

• International Logistics Group provides third party logistics services to source, acquire, and managedelivery of equipment and services to the USAF and foreign allies. International Logistics Groupperforms procurement services for (i) DLA (Richmond), (ii) DLA (Robins), (iii) Pratt & Whitney BelgiumEngine Center (acquired by AIM Norway), and (iv) L-3 Aircraft Greenville, Texas. Materials procuredinclude aircraft and engine parts, as well as other support equipment.

Logistics and Sustainment

• International Logistics Group provides backshop maintenance support at Nellis AFB, specifically to the57th Maintenance Group. International Logistics Group receives, stores, issues, accounts for, andinventories the tools and parts applicable to the program. The company has tool and parts attendantsservicing (i) accessories, (ii) aerospace ground equipment, (iii) armament, (iv) avionics, (v) maintenancesection, and (vi) propulsion.

Backshop Maintenance Support

Fuels Management• International Logistics Group has extensive fuels management experience and capabilities, including

receiving, testing, and delivering fuel to aircraft. International Logistics Group recently completedcontracts at Laughlin AFB and Randolph AFB.

Paint and Corrosion Control• International Logistics Group provides WR-ALC depot direct labor for depot on-site paint and de-paint

operations at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. Skilled aircraft painters are required in support of dailyoperations in relation to current and incoming workload for the C-5, C-17, C-130, and F-15 weaponsystems as well as to reduce the current backlog of paint/de-paint requirements

Foreign Military Sales (“FMS”) Support

• The combined enterprise has strong FMS experience by way of its international and commercial workon the DoD AIMS program, including systems certification for companies located in Germany, Italy, andFrance.
