CDKA PLC Hydraulic Counterblow Hammer

Baixie counterblow hammer is especial for the production of large and extra large forged parts such as front axle and crankshaft or flange.

The construction assembly consists of five main groups:(1)The frame with the ram guideways: Welded framework and adjustable wide guide rail with automatic oil lubrication system to ensure ideal guiding performance (0.2mm).(2) the rams: high grade cast steel. The weight ratio of upper to the lower ram is 1:1, which are linked by hydraulic coupling cylinder to realize counterblow in framework. (3) the hydraulic ram coupling system: Upper and lower ram are connected by hydraulic coupling. It consists mainly of two coupling pistons, touching the upper ram, which load with each stroke the coupling piston that touches the lower ram via an oil pillar(4) the electrical oil hydraulic drive: mounted with vibration damping on frameworks. The use of advanced poppet valve, forged control block combining most of important control elements and proof-leaking technology reduces the need of pipes. That will also simple structure and ensure high operational reliability and efficiency. (5) the electronic hydraulic control: Siemens PLC man-machine interface can display operation status and common failure on the touch-screen. Striking energy and steps can be controlled to meet requirement of automatic forging Energy range: 160 to 400 kJ
