ARTHUR KRÜGER GROUP
Diversity and experience have always been our greatest
strengths. We have a good track record in the industry,
loyally serving our customers in the field of plastics
applications since 1920.
Located to the east of Hamburg, our three production
areas include 15,000 m2 of state-of-the-art manufactu-
ring and storage facilities. A substantial part of these
areas is devoted exclusively to aviation.
We offer reliable advice and consulting services on
material selection and application parameters, supply of
thermoplastic and duroplastic semi-finished products,
and the manufacturing of complex precast parts and as-
semblies.

Our K-Reflexion line of polycarbonate mirrors has
brought plastic mirrors for aircraft lavatories up to a new
level of quality and service. They never fail to impress
with high, unprecedented style and functionality.
After being installed in the aircraft, KRX mirrors, with
their clarity and true-color reflection, cannot be distingu-
ished from a regular glass mirror.
However, K-Reflexion mirrors do much more than just
provide picture-perfect reflections. Our exceptional
KRX070variant,forexample,alsohassemi-transparent

3D Printing (Additive Manufacturing)
3D printing, also known as additive manufacturing, is
a manufacturing process by which complex workpiece
geometries in particular can be manufactured tool-free.
Thistechnologyisbasedonthelayeringprincipleandis
used in both rapid prototyping and rapid manufacturing.
Bothprototypesaswellasfinishedandaviation-certified
finalproductscanbemanufacturedquicklyandcost-ef-
fectively using this principle.
Our engineers, who are trained in 3D printing, are spe-
cialized in designing components production-ready for
the aviation industry and in preparing these optimally for
3Dprinting.Thismeansthatevenverycomplexstructu-
res can be manufactured very easily and also with inher-
entlystablequalities,thusguaranteeingsuccessfulseries

INNOVATION CENTER
TheKrügerfamilyhashadapioneeringroleintheplas-
tics industry for nearly 100 years. As early as 1920, Arthur
Krüger and his son, Werner Krüger, were committed to
developing innovative production processes in this field.
The introduction of injection molding, thermoforming,
CNCmachining,androboticsisjustoneofthemanymi-
lestones in the company’s history.
Motivated by this same pioneering spirit, the fourth
generationof the family,CarolaKellerandNilsKrüger,
launchedtheGroup’sInnovationCenter,whereourex-

graduate students on the latest manufacturing methods.
These include, amongother things, testing3Dprinting
for industrial use in our company.
