Current IT Systems in Place

Data warehouses help improve customer response time, control short and long term cost by saving time. Having a world wide web browser, reduces complexity and allows immediate order processing from customer, to sales representative, to the warehouse, and then to final shipment.

Current Procedures

Right now we have 15 sales reps operating out of our administration building. They field customer sales calls; then submit orders to the nearest warehouse via the company website. The warehouse receives the order and packs it up for next day shipping. We also run an overnight truck between warehouses when stock needs to be transferred.
