What does NOYO do?

• We partner with organisations to design innovative engagement models that unlock collaborative advantage and benefits.

• We specialise in strengthening engagement between educational institutions and a range of stakeholders, including alumni, students, funders, business, government, and charities.

• We deliver outcomes, and use a range of metrics and measurement tools to ensure that engagement does more than just feel good.

Institutions are complex: the disruptive changes taking place in higher education require them to rethink their relationship model. Engaging with multiple stakeholders should not be seen as a challenge, but as an opportunity. The key to effective engagement is finding the match between your organization’s capabilities and needs, and your stakeholders’ priorities.
