1. Parker Oil Puriffier
Contaminated oil is drawn into the Parker Portable Purification System by a
vacuum of 25 In/Hg. The oil passes through the in-line low watt density
heater where the oil is heated to an optimum temperature of 150° F (66°C).
The oil then enters the distillation column where it is exposed to the
vacuum through the use of special dispersal elements. This increases the
exposed surface area of the oil and converts the water to vapor form, which
is then drawn through the condenser by the vacuum pump.
The water-free oil falls to the bottom of the column and is removed by a
heavy duty lube oil pump. This pump forces the dry oil through a final
particulate removal filter. Clean oil passes out of the unit, back to the
reservoir — and into the system.

Desiccant dryers remove water vapor by passing air over a regenerative adsorbent material known as desiccant which strips
the moisture from the air. All desiccant air dryers remove water vapor using this method, however the adsorbent must be
periodically regenerated to ensure a continuous supply of dry air, and a number of different regeneration methods are
available.

Completion fluids filtration
Clean completion fluids are essential to maximise the productivity of the producing reservoir. Dirt particles in completion fluids
have major effects on permeability. This can result in significant reductions in oil production and the lifetime of the producing
well. Using the correct selection of filtration equipment and consumables will provide cleaner completion fluids. Diatomaceous
earth (DE) filtration is an effective method for filtration of oilfield brines. The company's filter press, in combination with the
Duplex Cartridge filter unit or Vertical Pressure Leaf filter unit, offers an excellent solution.
Frac fluids filtration
The water that flows back from the fracking process (flow back water) is a mixture of fracking fluid and formation water. To
reuse this water, it needs to be cleaned of chemicals and rock debris. For filtration before and after fracking, Parker Twin Filter
offers a complete delivery programme. When the chemistry of the water coming from the well resembles the rock formation
rather than the fracking fluid, we speak of produced water.

The CPI range meets most application requirements and
