WHO WE ARE
INTRODUCTIONMineral Link Limited, a privately owned and wholly Zambian registered company, was incorporated on 9thOctober, 2001. Its head office is strategically located in the heart of Chingola’s light Industrial area on Plot 222and 223 David Kaunda Road.
The Company is backed by men and women of various technical backgrounds and longyears of service, bringing with them valuable and great experience. This has enabled the company to competently venture into mining supplies and has in the recent past extended to logistics and heavy haulage transportation. Wide and strategic focus of the directors have successfully driven the organization to new heights in terms of business growth, profitability and quality assurance thereby making it a force to reckon with.
The Company specializes in Engineering, Machining, Mining Supplies and Heavy Haulage Transportation. Mineral Link’s main business activities include supply and hire of major capital equipment such as Front-end Loaders, Bull Dozers, Excavators, Articulated Dump Trucks, Backhoes, Rock breakers and Roller compactors among others to end-users in the Mining Industry, and other organizations that function to support Mining activities. The company has offered a wide range of engineering services as well as heavy haulage transport-ing, and back-up supply services for the mining industries in Zambia since 2001.
The company has grown and diversified into various specialties as outlined herein. The good relations with itsclients, customer demand and need for Greenfield operations for the Company led to its diversification intoheavy haulage transporting around 2003. Mineral Link Limited has emerged t o serve its clients with high superiority products and services backed by professional backup support.

The core business operations of the Company are coordinated by the Managing Director, who is supported bya highly qualified team of expatriate and local staff in areas of engineering, machining, mechanical, account-ing, administration, sales & marketing. With vast experience in both the private and public sectors, the com-pany continues to deliver high quality products and services with great attention to detail.
Our project management team is well skilled and experienced in the latest industry trends and best practice to ensure that every delivery is good value for the client. This has enabled us to excel and become one of the preferred providers of mining and engineering products and services. The following is a shortlist of some of the projects undertaken by Mineral Link over the past few years. This is not a comprehensive list but simply a sample of our works.

We have undertaken various enviromrental projects.Our recent enviromental project was one of the biggest.The excavating and desilting of the Chingola stream consisted of the following works:
• Excavation of tailings and debris’ total 10,500m3 down a 2km stretch• Transportation of excavated materials from the stream 4km to dump site (700,000m3)• Creation of access roads• Construction of dam walls and embankments• Planting of vegitation
The project was sucessfully handed over to KCM andZEMA upon completion in record time

SAFTEY
Mineral Link recognizes that safety is the key in accomplishing its mission and servingits customers. The company has considerablein vestment in safety awareness throughthe development of a Safety Regulations Policy and continual updating of the same.Relevant staff members have been trained in this area and awareness has been made to all membersof staff.
TRACKING SYSTEM
Mineral Link Limited in conjuction with C-Track, has installed a 24 hour tracking system onall its 45 horses enabling it to track the movement of the vehicles. Further, all the drivers are onmobile phones 24 hours, 7 days a week.

FUTURE PROSPECTS
We hope to increase our equipment fleet in the near future to adapt to the ever changing market demands. The Zambian government’s current infrastructure, mining and agricutural policies are all positive indicates for Mineral Link to diversify and capitalise.
Projects such as the Pave Zambia 8,000 road development plan is an indication that we are on the right track and our equipment can be used to aid the work that the gornment wants to achieve.
The new focus on agricultre has led us to partner various stakeholders in purchasing a milling plant which is under going development in Lusaka. This same direction that the goroverment has taken in focusing on ag-ricultre has led Mineral Link to consider focusing not only on mining equipment but also on farming equip-ment in the near future.

Mineral Link Limited strives to ensure that the impact of our investment goes beyond simply paying taxes, but benefits the communities where we operate from.
