Introduction

Advanced Technical Service Company for Industrial Inspection and Radiological Services WLL is a well-established Engineering Inspection Company to facilitate inspection and testing services to Oil, Gas, Petrochemical and Commercial industries in Kuwait and other GCC Countries. Our Management and Technical staff is well qualified and experienced to lead ATS in a highly professional way to achieve the best quality in inspection. Our scope of work includes Non-Destructive Testing, Destructive Testing, Corrosion Testing, and Civil Inspection in the field/lab, pipeline cleaning/hydro test/Caliper pigging, equipment calibration/certification, skilled manpower supply and technical training etc.

Our Lab is equipped with state of art technology oriented equipment, established QC/QA procedures and well qualified/experienced staff in their respective category to produce the best inspection results for the offered services to get the complete satisfaction of our clients.

We are actively involved in providing professional Engineers and Inspectors on second-mend basis to meet the Tubular, Mechanical, and Civil Engineering requirements. We have our direct offices in Kuwait, Qatar, Iraq, India and associate companies in 8 other countries to perform shop inspection for all categories.

We have successfully completed several training programs in Kuwait and India for Technicians, Inspectors and Engineers such as ASNT Level II & Welding Inspectors preparatory course etc. We also provide most advanced training programs for TOFD, Phased Array, MFL and Guided Wave Testing etc.

We are certified ISO/EN17025:2017 by IAS, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015,OHSAS 18001:2007 by UKAS-UK and we are in final stage of obtaining ISO17025.

Guided Wave Testing (GWT, LRUT)

Pipeline corrosion monitoring is a major task in Oil and Gas industry where the normal thickness survey method provides the thickness reading in localized locations only. Guided Wave Testing is a well-established screening technique to screen the entire length of the pipe to locate all kind of corrosion problem. ATS is well equipped with qualified Technicians and latest equipment to inspect following: -
