COMPACT PRETREATMENT PLANT REF: PPC-PRFV Applications:

• Screening system, ref. TA-HEL-S, Salher brand, composed of a sieve screw with dewatering and compaction system. Equipment manufactured in AISI 304L with high resistance to erosion, neat and stripped welding.

• Screening and accumulation sand and coarse solids. • Oils and grease floating system through blower and diffusers. • Oils and grease extraction through scraper.

SCREENING SYSTEM:

• Sieve screw shell mounted including solids transport and compaction system,

provided with cleaning in screening area through electro-valve and spray

nozzles.

SAND TRAP SYSTEM:

• Strong construction longitudinal sand trap tank including a removable cover. An

air injection system allows the separation of organic matter and sand and the

flotation of greases.

• Extraction screw to transport, statically dry and release sand in a tank (tank not

included).

GREASE REMOVAL SYSTEM:

• Removes grease laterally and parallel to the sand trap with an automatic grease

scraper.
