The RemeVerse Compensation Plan introduces an exciting, trend setting method of compensating RemeVerse Affiliates (RAs). It is surprisingly simple, financially rewarding, and gives everyone in-volved an equal opportunity for success. The Plan combines the best of retail sales methods and traditional wholesale distribution with a simple method for growing your business. The RemeVerse formula can make building your business fun and profitable!

The following overview will help you to understand the basics of our Plan. Every independent RemeVerse Affiliate has the opportunity to purchase products at wholesale, ei-ther for personal consumption, or to earn income by re-selling them at retail. Beyond this base retail commission, our compensation program can be extremely rewarding. You can begin your associa-tion with RemeVerse immediately as a RemeVerse Affiliate just by purchasing a RemeVerse Starter Kit.

1. Beginning Commission

HOW TO EARN

When you have purchased your $39 RemeVerse Starter Kit, you may begin earning Commis-sions.

30% Base Retail Commission - Purchase at wholesale (30% discount), or Company will direct ship to your retail customer and your 30% Commission will be paid to you on a weekly basis after the order was submitted and full payment received.

2. Boosted Commission

You begin each month with a base commission of 30%. When your cumulative Personal Retail Volume (PRV) reaches $500 in a calendar month, you become eligible to begin receiving an addi-tional 10% Boosted Commission on your own monthly retail sales. Depending on your total PRV, the Boosted Commission schedule below will demonstrate how you can increase your total retail commission on your personal sales from 30% base profit to 40%. Each month begins a new cycle of qualification.

Example of Boosted Commission: Your total Personal Retail Volume is $2,000 for the month of which you personally created $2000 in personal customer sales. You would be eligible for your 30% base commission plus a 10% Boosted Commission on your personal $2,000 retail sales value.

$2000 X 30% = $600 Base Commission $2000 X 10% = $200 Boosted Commission

40% total retail commission = $800

*Note: This 30% is the base commission available to all Affiliates for all sales or purchases. When an Affiliate orders merchandise from the Company, the Affiliate will automatically receive this commission in the form of a discount. If an Affiliate’s customers’ orders through a replicated website, the Company will rebate the 30% commission to the Affiliate on a weekly commission check. Boosted Commissions (10%) are in addition to the 30% base commission for each product and will be paid to the Affiliate monthly, if $500 or more in total Personal Retail Volume is achieved.

3. RemeGlow Getters (RG) RemeGlow Getter Program: RemeVerse has created this RemeGlow Getter program for those non-Affiliate retail customers who would like to receive reward points and special offers through our loyalty program. Joining the RemeGlow Getter Program is Free just by registering online through the website of any authorized company Affiliate. Each RemeGlow Getter (RG) member receives access to the back office and accumulates points on each purchase. These points may be used toward product purchases and other items available in the RemeVerse Se-cret Mall. They will also receive periodic product specials available only to RemeGlow Getters and Affiliates.

And There’s More: As the enrolling Affiliate, the retail value of your RemeGlow Getter’s order will be added to your sales volume to increase your Enhanced Commission. You may qualify to receive an additional 10% Boosted Retail Commission. That is a potential total of 40% of retail on the orders placed by your RemeGlow Getter Customers. There is no product for you to stock and ship and no records to keep. RemeVerse will take care of that for you leaving you with time to create more new customers.

4. Enrolling Other Affiliates (Affiliate Partners) We recognize that as a RemeVerse Affiliate, you will meet others interested in starting their own RemeVerse business. If you refer a new Affiliate, and that Affiliate enrolls in the program through your replicated website, that Affiliate becomes your Affiliate Partner. There is no rank promotion or change in your RemeVerse Affiliate status, but you can earn commission on their ongoing sales.

There is no commission earned on basic enrollment ($39) of a new Affiliate Bonus Partner.

However,

a. you will receive a 4% commission (paid monthly) on all Affiliate Partner’s personal product purchases

b. and that Affiliate Partner’s customer orders, with no limit to the number of Affiliate Partners you may enroll.

Note: We recommend you help Affiliate Partners succeed by encouraging them to participate in the company training and certification programs designed to help all Affiliates efficiently run their RemeVerse businesses. Because RemeVerse is not a level-based marketing company, you will not receive commissions on Affiliate Partners other than those you directly enroll through your replicated website.

GETTING STARTED & REQUIREMENTS

Enrolling as RemeVerse Affiliate: Enrolling as a RemeVerse Affiliate is simple and allows you to begin earning commission right away. All new Affiliates enroll with the $39 Starter Pack. Included in this Starter Pack is marketing materials and product samples, plus one year FREE of back office access and replicated website.

Your RemeVerse Affiliate agreement is good for one year from enrollment date. To continue as an Affiliate after one year, you may renew your agreement with a $39 Affiliate Renewal Fee. (This Renewal Fee includes additional samples, bonus product and an additional one year replicated website and back office access.)

In addition to the benefits outlined here in our Compensation Plan, we offer these additional benefits that make operating your business simple and flexible:

No Minimum Sales Requirements: RemeVerse has no monthly sales requirements. You may choose to sell as much as you desire. Additionally, you may purchase products for personal use and receive your prod-uct discount (30%).

No Autoship Requirements: As an added benefit, there are no autoship requirements for Affiliates or RemeGlow Getters.

No Monthly Fees: As another added benefit, there are no monthly fees or charges. Your replicated website fee is included free for 12 months at enrollment.

Secret Mall: Exclusive items will be added to the RemeVerse Secret Mall, which is only available to Affiliates and RemeGlow Getters. Specialty products and packages will be offered here and may be purchased outright or by using Reward Points.

Affiliate Support: We are here to support you! If at any time you have questions, need guidance or help with order, understanding the back office or product questions, contact us at info@remeverse.com. We’ll joint you in the right direction.

Trainings & Certifications: In addition to the materials and information found in your back office, RemeVerse provides ongoing training via phone, online and in person at company events. We also provide special certifications including the RemeVerse Certified SkinCare Coach and RemeVerse Certified Makeup Artist programs available throughout the year. Consult your back office or Affiliate Support for more infor-mation.

GLOSSARY OF TERMS

APPLICATION AND/OR AGREEMENT FORM: This is a legal binding agreement between you and the Company, which covers your rights, duties, and responsibilities and those of the Com-pany. This is vital and necessary information. The Policies & Procedures manual is an extension of this Agreement and should be read carefully.

ACTIVE: In order to receive commissions on personal sales, discounts on personal purchases and commissions on your Affiliate Partners, you must retain active status. By enrolling as an Affiliate, and completing the Affiliate Agreement, you achieve active status and remain active for one year. Yearly renewal of the agreement is required to continue your active Affiliate status. (see Renewal explained below)

AFFILIATE: The generic name for an independent contractor who has signed an Affiliate Applica-tion and Agreement form with the Company, and whose Application and Agreement the Company has accepted. Upon acceptance of such Agreement by the Company, an Affiliate is eligible to purchase the Company's products at a wholesale price for resale, can enroll RemeGlow Getters and Affiliate Partners, plus make sales to retail customers. An Affiliate is eligible to earn all Commissions in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Compensation Plan.

COMMISSION: Although it is profit, the difference in the amount of money that an Affiliate earns when a product is sold at retail but purchased at wholesale is Commission. Starting commis-sion for Affiliates is 30% paid weekly, with an optional 10% Boosted Commission and 4% Affiliate Partner Commission paid monthly.

COMPANY: The RemeVerse corporate or home office.

COMPENSATION PLAN: (Sometimes called the “Marketing Plan”) The official set of defini-tions and performance requirements, as published in the RemeVerse Affiliate back office by which the Affiliates get paid.

ENROLL: To sign and submit an Affiliate Application Agreement form to RemeVerse for the pur-pose of becoming an Affiliate for the Company.

I.D. #: The identification number used by the Company to identify each Affiliate for Compensation Plan purposes.

MARKETING PLAN: Also known as the Compensation Plan. It is usually depicted in a graphic manner in a promotional brochure and in detail in the Company's manual.

PERSONAL RETAIL VOLUME (PRV): This is your total volume of personal purchases and personal customer orders. PRV is calculated monthly and may be tracked in your back office. At the end of each month, this is the number which determines if Boosted Commissions (10%) are earned.

POLICIES & PROCEDURES: The governing rules of RemeVerse that define the relationship between the Company and its Affiliates, as well as between Affiliates and other Affiliates, including their Affiliate Partners. The Policies & Procedures are specifically incorporated into and made a part of the Affiliate Agreement, which each Affiliate must sign in order to enroll.

REMEGLOW GETTER: If someone does not want to participate in the business as an Affiliate, but would like to purchase RemeVerse products and receive loyalty reward points, special offers and access to the RemeVerse Secret Mall, and they may enroll as a RemeGlow Getter. Note: no discounts provided and no cost to join this program.

RENEWAL: RemeVerse Affiliates must renew their Affiliate Agreement each year no later than the anniversary date of their joining the Company. If an Affiliate does not renew their relationship with RemeVerse, they will be dropped from the computer files and any customers or RemeGlow Getters will be reassigned to another Affiliate. Affiliates who choose not to renew are invited to purchase products as a retail customer or enroll as a RemeGlow Getter to purchase products and accrue points.

RETAIL: Sales of the RemeVerse products to the end users of those products. Retail sales are the foundation of your RemeVerse business, and the ultimate purpose of all other activities within the business.

RETAIL COMMISSION: Regardless of purchases or monthly sales, all active Affiliates have the opportunity to purchase and sell products and services and receive a retail commission on all of the RemeVerse products.

STARTER KIT: Sometimes referred to as Business Kit. This is the tools, forms, brochures, and application forms, relative to the RemeVerse business opportunity necessary to begin your new busi-ness.
