Helping your anxious teen with Kate Henderson from The Panic Room SA – National Child Protection WeekAs children become teens their brains undergo significant changes and their boundaries expand. They are presented with challenges and opportunities and naturally seek independence. Adolescence can be a particularly stressful time. This workshop focuses on understanding and responding to anxiety. We will discuss common triggers, symptoms and behaviours and explore strategies to assist your teen to manage difficult emotions.
