TUCSON BOTANICAL GARDENS is a private 501(c) 3 non-profit

organization supported by income generated through admissions, memberships, gift shop sales, special events, classes and rentals, contributions from individuals, corporations and foundations, and grants from the City and County. Volunteers assist the staff with almost every aspect of Gardens’ operations.

VISION STATEMENT

The Tucson Botanical Gardens, a tranquil oasis in the heart of Tucson, strives to be recognized and respected as the best small

public garden in America.

MISSION STATEMENT

The Tucson Botanical Gardens promotes responsible and appropriate use of plants and water in a desert environment

through education and demonstration and provides a place of beauty and tranquility for Tucson residents and visitors.

Lily and I love making the crafts to hang in the trees. We love making silly putty with the smart and sweet female scientists.... and we love looking for the bees, butterflies, potato bugs, and worms in the dirt!

The Gardens are a clean, safe, and beautiful place where I can teach my children to love the outdoors and love green things!

We have been coming almost every morning.
