Pre Harvest Breakfast

Another successful breakfast with a fantastic turn

out of 75 hungry farmers and families. Thankyou to

our vollies for your 5am start. Thankyou also to our

sponsors, cbh, afgri, Ongerup farm supplies,

Ongerup tyres and yongergnow. Great to see Ellie

from abc radio attending and interviewing some of

our local farmers.

Farewell to Margaret and Graeme Jones,

Sunday 14.10.18

Ongerup Community Development advise that a farewell

gathering for Margaret and Graeme Jones will be held at

the Ongerup Pavilion,

Sunday 14th October. Meal will be provided

commencing 12.30 pm and drinks available. The agenda for

the afternoon is that Margaret and Graeme, who both

re-located to Ongerup in the mid 60's and 70's wish to say

thank you to the community and will present slides and

comments of Graeme's early days in South Australia, farm

development period in WA, holidays (which relate to their

overseas personnel) and their life within the Ongerup

community in general. Community presentation and

speeches will follow concluding with cuppa and cake mid

afternoon. Families and children all welcome.
