ThereareoverhalfamillionPTAmembersinTexasalone.FriscoISDCouncilofPTAsservesover25,000membersacrosspartsofCollinandDentoncounties,makingourdistrictalmost5%ofthecurrentstatemembership!Bygrowingourmembership,wecontinuetohaveavoiceatthestateleveltorepresentourdistrict.
ThePowerofPTAisneedednow,morethaneverbefore...Governmentmandates,shrinkingbudgets,andfamiliesandstaffwithever-increasingdemandsontheirtimeandtalentsisareality.Withmembershipsupport,FISDCouncilofPTAsandcampusPTAshavethepowertoadvocateforourchildreninAustin,leveragealargevolunteerbase,enhanceeducationwithself-fundedprograms,keepparentsinformedandinvolved,andboostourchildren’swell-beingtoensureboththeirsuccessandthatofourschools.Andweallknow…
