Employer Outreach Initiative Overview
The Employer Outreach Initiative is building long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships withemployers for all departments that will provideopportunities for students, recent graduates, and alumni. The Initiative generates creative ways for employers to engage with our campus and maintains an open line of communication with those employers.
Employer Activity Defined Conducting on-campus interviews
Hosting an information table to promote opportunities
Hosting company visits for students
Participating in the Internship and Career Fair and/or the Part-Time Job Fair
Posting jobs or employer registrations on College Central, the online job board
Presenting in classes or professional seminars

- 577 new employers registered on College Central- 912 employers posted opportunities on College Central- 2269 positions were posted on College Central
On-Campus Recruiting Efforts
- 98 employers participated in on-campus recruiting efforts last year- 50 new employers out of 98 total employers participated in on-campus recruiting - 40 new employers participated in the Internship and Career Fair - 10 new employers participated through other on-campus recruiting activities (i.e. informational booth, Part-Time Job Fair, on-campus interviews)
Alumni Participation- 25 alumni participated in on-campus recruiting efforts last year
