Lisbon School Department’s Guaranteed Performance Contract

In January, 2014, the Town of Lisbon and the Lisbon School Department selected Siemens Industries to complete a comprehensive energy audit. In May, Siemens will provide recommendations and detailed calculations for Facility Improvement Measures for our consideration. These improvements will be paid for through the guaranteed energy savings, so there is no new money required.
