Electronic Security Personnel Gate (ESPG) Pedestrian POD usage
Ensure you are enrolled into the IACS database
Place backpacks/purses in front of you, not to the side (volume sensor)
If you are asked to depart, use the index finger on the other hand when
returning
Look at fingerprint sensor while pressing down, if it is “too dark” then
you are pressing too hard
Wipe off the fingerprint reader with a piece of cloth as residual oil from
past individuals can interfere with it reading your fingerprint
Always use intercom with bikes or strollers
Re-enrolling finger prints into IACS is not possible and will not fix the
issue
