Dear Friends,

It is with great joy that Community Connections looks forward to an exciting and energetic 2016.

Believe it or not, Community Connections is entering its 30th year of providing services to high school students, adults and the elderly who live throughout Southeastern Massachusetts. We continue to achieve the highest level of national accreditation, as well as earning high marks with the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services, the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission, the Massachusetts Commission for the Blind, the Massachusetts Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, Mass Health and the Regional Transit Authorities.

Most importantly, we are diligent in making sure that the people who receive our services are growing both in their independence and happiness. Our team of trained clinicians and staff are constantly adjusting to the ever-changing needs of the people under their care. From getting a job with fair wages and benefits, to safe and reliable transportation, to meaningful day services, our team is there to ensure you and your loved one’s health and happiness.

“I like to be kind. I get to help others at CCI with volunteering. I was awarded client of the month last month, because I am considerate and helpful, and I am good at it.”
